It is a fully renovated 47 square meter two-bedroom in the heart of the town of Patras, a block close to the central Georgiou square of Patras. It has a separate bedroom , a small living room and a kitchen. It has heating and cooling , with a modern toilet, while at the same time it has all the necessities such as shampoo , shower gel, refrigerator, kitchen and the corresponding utensils for all uses. The best part is that it doesn't get a noise of the city and has good sound insulation, and it's on the ground floor .

The apartment is located in Psila Alonia square. It's a cozy two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of an apartment building. The bedrooms have a balcony. The rooms offer tranquility and have old furniture with character. The bathroom has a bathtub and hot water. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge, kitchenette, electric peephole for Greek coffee (all new), extractor fan. It has everything necessary in dishes, glasses. If anyone needs anything more...... I will be next door to help ! WiFi free.

22 square meters - Private small apartment (attic 3d floor please notice -no elevator)with very big balkon,double bed,small kitchen with a small stove, microwave, fridge/freezer,coffee maker. Own entrance , bathroom- shower Sometimes, when I am availiable from my work,it is a pleasure for me to prepare and serve you a warm breakfast! Espresso machine with espresso capsules and many other types of cofffee, tea and chocolate drink & cocoa powder drink, are always availiable ! TV, free wifi.
