This is a fully renovated 47 sqm two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the city of Patras, one block away from the central square of Georgios in Patras. It has a separate bedroom, a small living room and a kitchen. It has heating and cooling, with a modern toilet, while at the same time it has all the necessary amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, refrigerator, kitchen and the corresponding utensils for all uses. The best thing is that it is not affected by the city noise and has good sound insulation, while it is also on the ground floor.

The apartment is located in Psila Alonia square. It's a cozy two-bedroom apartment on the third floor of an apartment building. The bedrooms have a balcony. The rooms offer tranquility and have old furniture with character. The bathroom has a bathtub and hot water. The kitchen is independent and has a fridge, kitchenette, electric peephole for Greek coffee (all new), extractor fan. It has everything necessary in dishes, glasses. If anyone needs anything more...... I will be next door to help ! WiFi free.

SeaKissing House in Peloponnese

The house is located right on the beach with direct, easy access to the crystal clear waters of Psathopyrgos bay. It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique.

Rustic stone house on org. farm with swimming pool

This two floor stone house is located on a big organic farm, 20 minutes outside from the city of Patra. The house is independent and has it's own veranda. Relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful sunset, hike on the nearby hills and streams. Or walk around the farm, and try some of the season's produce. The farm produces wine, olive oil, oranges and mandarines and many kinds of fruit and vegetables. I live also on the farm, with my husband. We are a quite family and we love our farm.
