Villa vacation rentals in Patong Beach

Villa conforme aux attentes. Retirée quelque peu de la ville, on a pu découvrir plusieurs restaurants très locaux. 7/11 et Lotus accessibles pas loin à pied ou en scooter. Toutefois, la villa se trouve dans un quartier avec une mosquée à proximité. La prière se fait entendre aux différentes heures et l’alcool n’est pas disponible partout dans les magasins ou restaurant. Le séjour était vraiment top. La villa est nouvelle, très propre et la qualité des prestations est à la hauteur du prix non excessif. Complexe sécurisé par le personnel de gardiennage qui était très sympa. L’équipe de Bua est réactive aux questions et différentes demandes. Un transport a été organisé pour nous prendre en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’à la villa. Je recommande la villa 👌🏼

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family for two nights. Very clear communication with the host. They arranged transport from our hotel to the villa and from the villa to the airport. All on time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and plenty of space. We used grab to order food and managed to buy some beers from a local shop so we had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

The host was excellent — very welcoming and responsive. He even arranged cleaning services just as I requested, which was a great touch. The villa itself was perfect: clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute drive to Central Phuket Mall, so renting a car or using Grab for transportation is a good idea.

“Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!” Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat den Check-in total unkompliziert gemacht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne – verdient!

Tucked away in a serene spot of Phuket, this villa was the perfect setup for our short trip. Clean pool, great interiors, open common spaces, and just secluded enough to feel like our own world for 2 days. Great soundproofing too, with no complaints despite late nights. Would return in a heartbeat.

Our stay was from the first day on very friendly and welcoming. Penny and her team was outstanding and always helpful, no matter what we asked Penny had a answer🙏 We also requested a family dinner and Penny was cooking authentic delicious Thai Food which our family appreciated the hole stay. I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. I’ve never been treated so well and had such an amazing experience. Like I said I will be back and I will know where to book now when I return. Thank you again. 🙏

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Вилла в прекрасном состоянии, удобное расположение. Рядом магазины, кафе, шикарный вид. Большой панорамный бассейн, стильный дизайн, есть смарт ТВ, отличный интернет. До пляжа добираться 5–7 минут на байке или около 20 минут пешком. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Обязательно вернусь снова. Рекомендую!

The place was amazing and felt homey but what really stood out was Julian’s amazing service! The villa had everything you would need but if you would need more, Julian would go above and beyond. Will make this place my go-to for when I come back to Phuket next time!

Great villa. Slightly apart from the noisy part of Patong. Cozy and quiet. Easy to communicate with the host. There are house keeping survive as well if you needed one.

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

What an amazing place. Lived sitting up on the roof porch to watch the sunrise every morning. Will definitely be back!

Really nice people and flexible hours. The house is really well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. The girl who received me is really nice. Worth the money. Really close to the center of Kamala and drove to Patong for 15 minutes.
