We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

Brilliant apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and was a great space to spend the weekend in. Zoe was really proactive and responsive, and made all the admin around our stay very easy. 10/10 would stay again.

We had the best stay. Shelia responded straight away when I txt her to say there was no tv reception and she sorted it very quickly. The scones were delicious as was the jam and cream to go with them. The whole flat was so cosy and comfortable. Parking was very easy also. Very close to Knaresborough town centre and a good walking distance away. You can adjust the heating very easily if cold. I would 100% stay here again. The stairs to get down to the flat are quite steep so just be weary of this if you struggle with steps but I have MS and I managed without too much trouble. The bed is also so comfortable. My husband had I had a great night sleep. 😀

Excellent accommodation. Will was very helpful and responded very quickly to our questions. The accommodation is well situated with easy access to Ilkley, especially the supermarket. We will certainly stay here again when we visit Ilkley.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at the Ebor Suite and wished it was for longer. Beautiful decor and everything you need for a short stay. Great detailed instruction for check in. Close to a co-op if you need a few supplies and plenty of restaurants and takeaways. We would certainly return and would recommend to others.

I had such a lovely 3 months stay at Laura and Geoffrey’s home. The family were so welcoming, kind and responsive to any issues. The little home had everything I needed for a perfect stay; it was beautiful, modern, comfortable and quiet. The surroundings were picturesque too. I highly recommend, thank you so much for such a brilliant stay!

We had a lovely couple of days. The Flat felt like home, great parking and easy access to flat and felt very secure. Suzanne gave very helpful instructions. Flat was about a 25 min walk to shambles but didn’t feel like 25 minutes. Will definitely book here again if we ever decide to visit York again

A beautiful house, thoughtfully kitted out for both fit and disabled guests with a lovely little garden for sitting out on excellent garden furniture serenaded by birdsong. Very comfortable beds; large fridge and freezer; good range of cooking utensils. We very much appreciated the edible goodies left for us. Unfortunately, neither we nor our friends have dogs any more, but the provision of a warm shower outside to clean both dog and boots is amazing. Everything was spick and span, and looked very new. A gem of a place. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

6 of us stayed at Tracey's place and each and everyone was very impressed. Tracey kept us well informed and answered any questions we had straight away. Check in was easy and the house was spotless. there was also little extra touches (milk and butter in the fridge) little pots of jam etc. We would definitely recommend a stay a Tracey's.

A lovely cottage in a lovely town. Super comfortable beds and a great shower. Well equipped kitchen and the garden overlooking the river was a delight….very friendly neighbours, too! We would definitely stay again. Ten out of ten.

Lovely spot for a stay in Harrogate. We had kiddies with us and they loved it too! The place is beautiful and we'll definitely be returning.

Amazing property in a stunning location. Very peaceful and perfect for walkers. The property was absolutely spotless and very well equipped for self catering. Really easy check in. Surroundings are picturesque. My parents had a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend! Really friendly and accommodating hosts. It was so peaceful, the location is really lovely! Felt like a cosy little retreat! I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and we were greeted with a lovely cold bottle of white wine which was such a lovely touch! We enjoyed it outside in the sun listening to the birds. Everything you need in a stay.

My husband and I stayed here with 2 friends of ours for a wedding and it was the perfect place for it. Beautifully decorated space - as shown in the pictures. Spotless and was very well equipped. Pippa was friendly, proactive and responded quickly to us. The location and surrounding countryside was beautiful with local shops and cafes within walking distance. We especially loved the walk in wardrobe which was especially great for all of us to hang our outfits for the wedding in and was fun to get ready in too. Everything was clear and easy to use. Love that there was a coffee machine with a milk frother! We had no issues during our stay and would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was great and walkable to the York sites. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again if we are in York again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

Would highly recommend Eleanor 's place. It was as described, very clean and comfortable, bedding and towels good quality and spotless. Lots of thoughtful extras and felt so comfortable and relaxed. lovely location, easy walk to City. Lovely and quiet at night, perfect location. Eleanor was extremely helpful and accomadating. This was our second stay at Sue's: it was perfect for our needs - a cosy home from home with everything you could possibly need provided. Sue was just as friendly, welcoming and responsive a host as the first time around. We would recommend without hesitation!
