Great location in Alexandra

Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! We may be able to help with transfers for Dunstan trail - please ask.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

Coastal Soul Karitane No cleaning fee, winter Spec

Coastal Soul came into existence when my husband living at home with Alzheimers and I felt I needed to have something else in my life as well. Our little unit/cottage where a family friend had been living became vacant and I had the perfect recipe for looking after my soul, redecorate and give the cottage a new lease in life as well as myself, unfortunately my husband has passed on but his memory will always be part of the cottage.
