Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Here you only hear the sound of the sea - everything you need is close by: pharmacy, doctor, bakery, restaurants... The apartment was renovated in February 2022 and the bed with mattress & Co was replaced. New Samsung TV with satellite and sofa in the living room - a new kitchen was installed in September 2022, all kitchen utensils are new. The facade of the complex is currently being renovated - but no restrictions are to be expected. In the apartment itself you don't hear anything - except for the sound of the sea. When handing over the keys, a deposit of 150€ will be charged in cash, which will be returned at check-out. Fancy some peace, sun and sea in a 220 degree south-west location? Then you are right here. Long walks along the beach promenade in the neighboring town are beautiful. Nearby 5 restaurants ... Spanish-Italian-German ... everything there. The Kai Club (for a fee) with swimming pool and cool atmosphere invites you to chill and and relax. The apartment complex includes a parking lot, but there is no guarantee - "first come, first served".
