A short vacation for two, a really beautiful apartment with a view of the ocean that creates a wonderful atmosphere at sunset. Responsive host, check in a little late from 4pm, but on the other hand, you don't know what's behind the preparation of an apartment on the part of the hosts. Super advice for a vacation in the south of the island!!

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. An excellent apartment with a fantastic view. The host was very responsive when we had a few teething problems. All sorted very professional and quickly. It was our 1st holiday in 8 years. So too unwind in this peaceful place was lovely. We would love to come back and stay again. But being a superhost myself, its not that easy to go away. All in all a great location and having a car enanbled us to see a lot of the island.

Roberto was a superb host, guiding us to the property step by step. I had a small issue which Roberto responded too immediately to my satisfaction. *The apartment is bijou but well equipped for our 3 week stay. Bed was super comfy. Table and chairs and two sunbeds just outside the apartment. Lovely communal pool with sunbeds, some days we had it all to ourselves, which was a treat. *5-10 min walk to a large Spar, pizza restaurant and bar. On the street itself two restaurants- we only tried The Palm Garden and that was incredible. *There are 83 steps down to the apartment, this gave us a work out so saw it as a positive. It does mean you are frontline for a superb view over the bay. *10 minute walk to Anfi beaches (with white sand) and loads of restaurants, cafes and shops . All in all a perfect vacation spot, would happily visit again.

I read in the reviews of other guests, about the sound of the sea... it was what I loved the most... you can hear the sea and you fall asleep as if it were a lullaby. There is a walk to a small area with restaurants, ice cream parlors and even a supermarket without having to go out into the street. The apartment is impeccable, it has everything you need and is good quality. The host was very nice and allowed me to leave my things before the scheduled time so I could go to work without the luggage. 100% recommended

The sound of the sea at night was a dream. The beach right in front of the house was nice and not overcrowded. However, I would definitely recommend driving the few kilometers to Playa Maspalomas, the dunes and the beach are simply stunning. The restaurant directly below the apartment was a bit disturbing. If you were lucky, then it was reasonably quiet from 11 PM, but there was a day when it was so loud until 3 AM that even the sound of the sea could not be heard.

Just back from 4 days staying at this cute little apartment & it was perfect. The apartment, as described, is really well situated - you are literally on the beach by going down in the elevator and shops & restaurants are also right there. Easy bus ride from the airport. Fab to have such a great view of the sea! A few basic things that needed fixing. I think the owner needs to maintain better communication with the manager of the apartment. The wifi had been changed, which meant the TV wasn't connected to the Internet. I figured out the new wifi code and password but the manager had no idea it had been changed. She quickly updated the apartment info and arranged for someone to come and reconfigure the TV. Also, the mananger had not realised that the new induction cooker meant the old Italian coffee maker didn't work. But she promised to buy a new one. So the next guest can benefit from that. Aside from these things, I had a really great stay and would be happy to return. Thank you!
