Courtyard house near owner's home with one room and a kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. There is a 140 cm bed and a small sofa bed of 110 cm that is suitable for small children. Cats are on the property and cats and dogs stay in the house sometimes, so not for allergy sufferers. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent for SEK 75 per person. Level differences and stairs on the property. You clean up after yourself.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage of about 33 sqm right by the sea on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic, about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås, which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500 sqm together with the owner at Seglarvägen 4 Oknö

Ta en paus, varva ner i vårt mysiga gästrum! Naturen & havet utanför dörren. 50 meter ner har vi vår brygga för morgon kaffet. Låna roddbåten för att testa de fina fiskevatten eller låna en cykel för att utforska närområdet. Vandra längs med Kalmarsundsleden och känn den småländska historien mellan stenmurar, hav och odlingslandskap. Soffa/dagbädd som dras ut till en dubbelsäng samt en loftsäng med stege. Sängplats till 3 men rekommenderas för 2. Ta med egna lakan eller hyr på plats.

Fresh and newly-renovated cottage in idyllic Öjkroken, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and nightlife in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway, which is part of the Ölandsleden (nice walking and cycling path). Air conditioning at an extra cost of 50 per day 1500 sqm large plot with swings, trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar Castle/bathing area and 4 km by car to Ölandsbron.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Walking distance to scenic Slottsskogen, Borgholm Castle,Solliden, bus station, Borgholm center with restaurants and shops. The house is a new built annex. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture can be found next to the house in the garden. Quiet location.

Maria and I rent out our renovated little cottage located in the small, nice Stora Rör, right between Färjestaden (Ölandsbron) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
