Mountain cabin, consisting of 1 room on the ground floor with kitchen-dining room, equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, electric kettle and dishes for 4 people. The bathroom located on the ground floor has a shower with a screen. In this room there is a futon bed where two people can sleep, and in the attic that is carpeted there are two single sommier beds that can join their mattresses and become a double bed.

Built entirely in wood in the typical Patagonian style, with two floors. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen, restroom bathroom and a sitting area with a single bed. Upstairs the main sleeping area with a double bed and another area with a single bed is located. Deck overlooking the lake.

There is also a playground for children and a heated pool that is uncovered in summer. Excellent location, 20 minutes from the civic center, 25 minutes from the Catedral international ski hill and 40 minutes from Bariloche international airport.

We are 6 km from downtown Punta Arenas, on the shores of the Strait of Magellan. It's a tiny house to enjoy alone or as a couple. Quiet and with the best view and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in southern Chile. Central heating, comfortable facilities, private parking, cable and WiFi if needed. Breakfast is included and is very tasty, although you will have to prepare it yourself.
