Chalet located at Las Trancas, Shangrila. Located at just 15 minutes from Nevados de Chillan Ski & mtb resort. There are trekking trails just outside the house that lead to El Huemul lagoon. The Chalet includes different heating systems, full functional kitchen; Includes sheets and towels for the three bedrooms and futon. During winter, use a 4WD car to get to the house, since the roads will have some snow and the terrain is not fitted for low height cars.

The main house has 2 floors; a ground floor with living room, dining room, integrated kitchen, laundry room and toilet; and an upper floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with bathtub. The master bedroom is en-suite with a superking size bed; while the second room has two twin beds; and the third room a half-square-meter sofa-style bed; with cart downstairs. And then a lobby with desk and library.

Cozy Chalet located in Valle Las Trancas – Pinto - Chillan, surrounded by a native oak forest with a view over the “Nevados de Chillan” (mountains of Chillan). This beautiful Chalet stands for privacy, mountain views and comfort. The design is inspired by chalets of the French Alps, built with high (isolation) standards, such as double glass windows and hardwoods like Cipres and Raulí.

It is located at km 12, two blocks from Avenida Bustillo, which goes to Llao-Llao, Circuitos Chicos and other typical walks. Buses of various lines run through it to go wherever you want.
