Alegría is a warm 60 m2 loft, bordering a coihue grove, equipped with a large tub, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, comfortable bar counter, living room with lake view and a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed and large TV screen. It has a beautiful natural balcony overlooking the lake. For a baby up to 10 months old, we limit the living room to 2 armchairs and add a baby crib. For the months of January and February, we would appreciate it if you could try to book a minimum stay of 7 days. Our 2-hectare property is located in the heart of the area's great landscapes and natural beauty, but the significant distances between them suggest having a vehicle or being willing to walk the 2.5 km that separate us from the highway and public passenger transport. If we coordinate, we will gladly take you or pick you up. ALEGRÍA has a sunny terrace garden with a nice view of the lake, equipped with an American-style grill, table and outdoor chairs. At ALEGRIA we have space to add a baby crib. Just let us know when booking At the entrance of this peninsula, there is a small shopping mall with a cafeteria and general store. There is also the Regatta Club where you can rent rowboats and kayaks, or Campanario Hill with views over the surrounding lake park. About 600 meters from ALEGRÍA is the beautiful and very spacious Playita de los Álamos (beach), ideal for children because of its beach coast. It is important to have a car, but for those who visit us in search of rest and tranquility without intending to go on longer excursions or looking to do them by bus and trekking, we will gladly pick you up and take you to your terminal. For daily trips between Bariloche and Llao Llao, bus line 20 runs continuously. The entrance to this peninsula has a stop at kilometer 20 of this route. The journey from Bariloche by public transport takes 40 minutes. We are 2 blocks from Bahía Serena Beach, Lake Nahuel Huapi. If you don't come by car, we are half a block from the bus stop. You can go downtown, tour Circuito Chico, Colonia Suiza, Cerro Llao Llao, Cerro Canpanario by taking a bus from the stop and many more places. In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a service station, bakery, butcher, and diet food store within walking distance. We are on Avenida Bustillos and it is a very quiet area.

Parking is in front of the apartment on the street. It includes a cleaning service once a week (half of the stay) with a change of bed linens. Located meters from the bus stop.

Cozy cabin with a wide view of the lake and sleeps 2 guests. It has 3 interior levels. On the first level is the access, kitchen and bathroom. Half floor further up a small living room. The bedroom is on a mezzanine. To get to this cabin it is required to climb 50 steps from the parking lot (passing service area). No breakfast.
