Charming Casa Capriola - Panoramic views

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Fantastic stay. The place is very quiet, surrounded by greenery, and with a thousand villages and cities to visit nearby. The house, an authentic jewel; spacious, cared for in every detail, and very well stocked with everything, but everything. The hosts Fabio and Ada are two exquisite, caring, welcoming, discreet people. Unforgettable Ada's welcome donut (jam still needs to be tasted), Fabio's beers and artisanal bitters!

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is magnificent and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the busy road but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very nice, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even though his English is basic. He was very flexible for check-in and checkout times.

Fabulous experience!! We were there for my daughter's study reasons, but it was a fabulous stay: Attentive, precise and thoughtful host... The house with three air-conditioning units is very airy. Modern and clean apartment, equipped and essential kitchen overall... Flexibility of check-in and check-out by the host... For correctness, I point out some steps to reach the apartment only for those who, like me, may have mobility problems. Beautiful view of the Marche hills and tranquility! Well-served area a few minutes' drive away. Overall, we recommend the experience and the host!! We will be able to return as soon as possible!!!
