A house a few meters from the sea, 10 minutes from the center of Torres, and with a complete infrastructure for you to enjoy with your family and friends, contains a heated swimming pool with solar panels, a gourmet area with a bathroom, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, an outdoor fireplace, a mezzanine with a viewpoint overlooking the sea and the mountains, with an incredible sunset. All rooms in the house have air conditioning, bathroom with gas shower, 3 parking spaces, 2 covered.

Capacity for up to 4 people, located on Rua Araranguá, on the corner of Beira Mar, facing the beach, 450 meters from the Mampituba river that borders Torres. In the bedroom a double bed, in the living room an overhead bed and a sofa bed that can be transformed into two single beds or another double bed. We have trousseau for rent or you can bring your own.
