Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. A relaxing oasis between Cisternino and Ceglie M., surrounded by olive trees, oaks, figs, lavender plants, rosemary and a gazebo to enjoy the view. 2 double rooms, bathroom and air-conditioned kitchen. 20mins from the sea. It is a completely renovated trullo, divided into two sleeping areas with independent entrances, a bathroom and a kitchen. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms are air-conditioned. The trullo overlooks a small plot of land where olive, fig and almond trees grow. On the right side it is refreshed by oak and pine trees. Here is also the gazebo, with a stone table and seating, perfect for breakfast, dinners with friends, or to read a book in complete relaxation. The indoor parking can accommodate up to 3 cars. I live in Milan, but for all hospitality needs I rely on Mrs. Caterina, a person I trust that I can contact at any time. Thanks to its reliability, I am sure that the trullo is always in perfect conditions for guests. Contrada Selvaggi is accessed via a small private road that starts from the state Martina Franca Ostuni- and here you know everyone. It is a place of absolute peace, immersed in the countryside, but well connected to all the nearby villages. In a few minutes you can reach some of the most enchanting villages of the Itria Valley: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica. In the direction of Taranto is Grottaglie, already famous for its production of ceramics and more recently for the public works of famous street artists . On the nearby seafront, near Brindisi, is Torre Guaceto, a natural park with beautiful beaches. The trullo is equipped with a security system connected to the nearby security service. The trullo cistern has sufficient capacity for the needs of a group of 4 for about a week. The supply service will fill it out promptly, upon request.
