The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is new and modern. The apartment is located directly on the forest and you can reach in 5 minutes the hiking trail to the Tannenhütte (popular hut on the Sonnenberg Wank). The location is quiet, right on the mountain. You can reach the shops in Ludwigstraße after a short walk. By bike you are in 2 minutes at the bakery or discounter.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
