This cottage has a double bedroom with a super king bed, a single bedroom, a large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and sitting room with TV, dining area and two sofa beds. It is surrounded by parkland on the banks of the Shannon River and stands next to St Patrick's, the former parish church. The cottage has central heating, a shower room, toilet, a TV and broadband. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, kettles, a washing machine and a fridge freezer.

We are 5 minutes to Clare Glens, 10 minutes to Newport town and Murroe Village which hosts Glenstal Abbey, 34 minutes to Limerick city, 30 minutes to the scenic village of Killaloe,46 minutes to Shannon and 2 hours to Dublin Airport. Its only a 20 minute drive to Limerick City and close to Clare Glens and Glenstal Abbey. The perfect place to chill out or it can be a home away from home for those working and travelling with a dedicated work station and good internet. A car is recommended but there is a good bus service that operates from Limerick City to Cashel about 6 times a day - the 332.
