This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

A private garden is featured with a heated swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers. Outdoor seating areas with lounge chairs and a small table are positioned near the pool, providing a serene space for relaxation and enjoying the warm Lisbon sun.
