Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Parmain

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

This place was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! The location was very convenient, right next to the station! The place was very clean, had lots of towels for our use, had water, drinks, and breakfast items such as biscuits, tea, coffee, water, milk, juice, coffee and machine. The place was furnished very nicely as well. Host is very helpful and responsive and flexible! Allowed us to check in early and check out late! Definitely worth what we paid. The area was also filled with restaurants, convenient stores, cafes, bakeries, and more! Will definitely stay here again when back in Paris! Thank you Catherine

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our host always responded very quickly. Perfect hosting. Very complete equipment. Very quiet one-way street. A tennis court and a ping pong table are available for private use. Beautiful exterior but too shady like the accommodation. As a result, it is cool in the accommodation. 5-10 minute drive to downtown and Chantilly castle. Recommended.

Excellent day in company in Fabienne's home. Our hosts were delighted with their time and enjoyed the garden. The place is relaxing. Fabienne, her husband and son made us feel very welcome and were very available. To be recommended without hesitation.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

3 night stay for 6 people with friends, perfect house for our group: spacious, very well-equipped, modern, connected and very well-decorated. We loved the movie theater, the jacuzzi, and the garden to enjoy the outdoor space. Quiet, pleasant place, everything was there, especially the rain shower in the master suite, a real plus! A remote workspace that has been useful to us. Responsive and very accommodating concierge for checkout. No complaints, great stay! Thank you

We spent a long weekend at Noemi's place. it is a great place hidden from the busy streets of Versailles. the house was very comfortable with all you need to feel like at home. The weather was great and we spent a couple of late evenings on the terrasse. The train station to Paris is 5 min away. Warmly recommended!

Djillali is very nice and kind person, everything went really well. We can only recommend his place to stay. Easy access to the city centre.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Nice place to stay! We were 3 people and that worked well! Also thanks to the good weather and the nice terrace. The host was very helpful with questions and proactively placed a protection over my bike. Very satisfied! Beautiful region too!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Cozy place in a peaceful but lively neighborhood with everything you need around (supermarket, cafes, restaurants…) The location is very convenient if you have an early flight. The 1.5 bathrooms were very practical for us, a group of 4. Everything was just as described and the host was helpful providing recommendations to get around the city. I would 100% stay here again :)

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!
