The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Welcome Home! Beautifully remodeled, private guest suite centrally located in the greater Seattle area. We are located 15 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and 12 miles north of Tacoma. There is a private patio with a view of the Puget Sound, and a park like setting, fenced, back yard. Our home is very secure and private, you will feel like you are in the country, yet only minutes away from everything. It is perfect for a relaxing or romantic get-away or business travel.

Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

You will have the entire house and surrounds to enjoy to yourself with privacy and plenty of space to spread out. Built in 1903, the house has been recently remodeled, new kitchen, wood floors, etc. Enjoy your home-away-from-home in this peaceful, quiet, old residential neighborhood in the middle of North End Tacoma.
