House vacation rentals in Pariana

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

Fantastic stay, Agnese always available and welcome as if we were at home, everything we needed was there if not more. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a day of pure relaxation away from the sounds of the city.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos: very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were very kind and always available to accommodate my every need, with great courtesy. The house was fresh and very clean, perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea, which can be easily reached on foot in about 13 minutes. I also really appreciated the availability of bicycles, although I did not use them, they are an added value to move around comfortably. The bed – and a breaker like me says it – is really very comfortable! Absolutely positive experience, I highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

Bianca and Gabriele were super accommodating and friendly. She showed us everything in the house. You really felt welcome and comfortable. Bianca gave us tips and things to see in the area and was always there for questions. They really made every effort to make sure we had a nice time. In the evening you could see fireflies and the glowing city from above on the terrace. The house is wonderfully furnished and always wonderfully cool in summer. We will be back!

Emanuela's house is very tidy and clean. I really appreciate that she, like us, cares about waste separation. Everything was as shown in the photo, very nice terrace, very clean rooms and bathroom

We had a wonderful time in this charming stone house in Tuscany. The house is idyllic and very quiet, just right to escape everyday life and enjoy nature. We were particularly enthusiastic about the large, well-kept garden, with some wooden logs – our two cats loved it from the first moment. They were able to move freely without us having to worry, and they had many exciting corners to explore. The house itself is functionally furnished – everything you need is available. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable and the rooms pleasantly cool, even in summer temperatures. It's not a luxury property, but that's exactly what we were looking for: a cozy retreat with charm and character. A very big plus was the landlady: she was always quickly reachable, very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. If you have any questions or minor concerns, you will receive immediate help. We will be happy to come back :)

Historical style decor wity modern bathroom and kitchen . very tight stairwell but functions well to get between the 3 levels. a great location near the marina ,Cafe, grocery and town square. such a beautiful town

3 friends and 5 large pets, 3 nights. Nothing was missing. Very detailed information on how to get there from the very kind and smiling Anna. Both private and street parking for another car, a very large garden that can be used for pets and for us. (There is also a barbecue) Nothing was missing in the house. We felt at home. Excellent spaces (we also cooked and ate at home) 3 minutes' walk from the sea and 10 minutes' drive from the Carrara fair where we went for the real reason we were there. Quiet area but a stone's throw from everything, sea, promenade, center. We were sorry that time flew by... thanks for everything to Anna! This house is officially on our list of favorite places and we will consider it for other visits

The cottage and especially the garden were fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast in the garden in the morning and bbq'ing in the evening. Franco is a very attentive host and the house was very clean. The available bicycles were ideal for exploring the area.

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. It is possible to find markets totally close of it and the best thing that is is possible to do every rides by train.

We stayed for a week and had a great time at Andreas beautiful place!

Unforgettable - one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Incredibly romantic, gorgeous mountain scenery and hiking trails out the door, peaceful and secluded, rustically comfortable and authentic - even an amazing starlit hot tub. We enjoyed the adventurous 30min walk from the carpark, and Valerio and Diego were responsive, helpful, and flexible hosts especially with our late arrival. Go for it!

Let's say we loved the fenced area and all the space we had outside. Our dog loved to lay in the sun on the terrace. The apartment is small, but convenient enough for all your needs. The bed was really comfortable and nice to sleep on!The parking was really nice. The location of the apartment was good to have small day trips to other towns. Be minded that the A/C was only in the living room, therefore it could be warm in the bedroom. - we kept the door open so it was cooler in the heat outside (35C*) Definitely recommend to stay for a short time and quick reach to other towns. Beautiful accommodation and great location! Close to both the bathing establishments and the public beach! Perfect accommodation for visiting Viareggio! I recommend it!
