The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance of the best surfing beach around, with long stretches of golden sand. Renovated in 2020, the apartment has 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom, open plan kitchen (fully equipped), dining and living space and a sunny balcony. All the appliances in the apartment are electrical.

This apartment is unique in its surroundings due to the terrace equipped with a barbecue and a beautiful view. Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. The house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator, so it's an opportunity to do some fitness. :) It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a complete kitchen with dish and cloth washing machines..

Chalet Marias - Cresmina Studio.

Chalet Marias is a brand new traditional portuguese chalet (construction ended on 2023) with a charm studios concept. Located at Parede, a small town at Cascais (one of the best region to live in Portugal) A five minutes walking or cycling from the beach. Train station (Lisbon to Cascais), restaurants, supermarket and bakeries is less 1 minute walking. Beach towels is included and is possible choosing the type of beds (twins or single). Parede Atlantic Lodge - Sea view apartment

Just a few steps away from Parede Beach, this newly renovated apartment provides an excellent location that serves as an ideal base while exploring the regions of Cascais, Sintra and inner city Lisbon as it is right in the middle of it all. Although the house is located very close to the road it is protected from the noise of cars as double glazing has recently been installed! Just enjoy the sea view! We wish you a great stay.
