The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

We live within the outer bounds of the National Parc des Ecrins. The biggest National Parc in the Alps in Europe. Our region is called "Le Champsaur" Ideal for hiking, biking, trekking, canoeing. Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
