The comfortable 40 m2 Bouquetin is located on the ground floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has one bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and is connected to the living room. 5-minute walk to the slopes, shops and restaurants.

Emile is a 2 room apartment of 41 m2 that can accommodate 1 or 2 people as a couple, located in front of the Grenoble SNCF station on the 4th floor (without elevator). L'Emile has been specifically designed for professionals on the go, but will be suitable for everyone. L'Emile is available from 2 nights, preferential rates are applied for long stays (see rates page). For the comfort of all, the Emile is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
