Access by paved and lighted street; the balcony and bathroom have panoramic views of the beach, mountains and forest. Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Parking for two medium-sized cars.

Kitchen with all the necessary items, bed, table and bath linens (no changes). KITNET IS ALL FOR ITS GUESTS. The only shared areas are the swimming pool and garage (1 space) For those coming by bus, the bus station is nearby. The kitnet is on the 2nd floor, accessed via a Santo Dumont-style wooden staircase

Located in the paradisiacal Hotel do Bosque Eco Resort (see the website). Holidays and festive dates on request and by package. Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by a staircase (wide, with handrail, between 12 and 15 flights of stairs). We do not accept pets.

Flat Veleiro is charming, a beautiful space. For those of you who will come to Paraty with your family or friends, I have the best option for your stay. These are complete apartments with all the necessary infrastructure for a good reservation. Walk around the city. We are 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to a grocery store, bar, restaurants, snack bars and commerce in general. Vivendas do Mar is very close to the historic center, about a 20-minute walk. Come be happy!
