Great house on Jabaquara beach with a pool.

House 04 is in a Condominium with 04 houses (Recanto do Jabaquara). This is the only house in the Condominium, which has an exclusive swimming pool and a second gate, making it even more independent. We offer bed and bath linens. We leave toilet paper and detergent in the property, but do not replace them. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms, closets with hangers, mirrors and blackout curtains. Living room with sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, space for 1 car in the garage, gourmet space with barbecue and shower.

Charming beach house - near the historic district

Comfortable and new, non-attached townhouse. We have 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed) and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the lower floor, we have a living room with an American kitchen and a half bath. The house is on an extensive plot, with three other houses. The first is in our other listing. The house is a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach. We have Smart TV, equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

(GROUND FLOOR) My place is 350 meters from Jabaquara Beach, close to markets and restaurants. It is 1.3 km from a beautiful historic city. You'll love it! Our house is simple, but very comfortable because it is a clean, spacious and well-equipped environment. Ideal for groups of up to 8 people or for couples and families (with kids). This space will be a HOME FOR YOU! All 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, an excellent advantage for an extremely hot city during the summer. I accept pets (small).

Our house is fantastic with a spectacular sea view. Ideal for people seeking tranquility, nature, beautiful landscapes, beaches and at the same time wishing the convenience of being close to downtown Paraty. We are 12 minutes from the city and only 3 minutes from Praia Grande and Prainha, where it is possible to enjoy a beautiful beach or take boats to Ilha do Araújo and other islands. In Praia Grande we have a market, fishmonger and local fishermen, no need to go downtown for basic shopping.

Fantastic holiday residence 08 minutes from downtown Paraty and only 90 meters from the second beach of Corumbê, also called Corumbezinho.
