Single-story house, space for 4 vehicles, barbecue, solar-heated pool and fenced for child safety, all rooms have air conditioning, new appliances, dishwasher for 10 place settings. You can hear the sea, 1 block from the beach. Supermarket, restaurant and ice cream shop very close. We are just over 1.5 hours from Curitiba and 15 min for crossing to Ilha do MEL
