Estadia Ótima. The apartment has a great location, in front of the beach, as we were looking, a pleasant environment, very well equipped, decorated with new furniture and utensils. We got me and my husband and the space met us super well. Neighborhood both of the condominium and the streets around super quiet and without noise, great for rest and even for home office work. I loved my stay! The space is very organized and well planned, perfectly meeting my expectations. The view is beautiful and the place has all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, which made it a lot easier. Beach access is very easy, which was great. Apartment with easy access to the beach, nearby markets. A Mrs Mariuza very kind, always available to answer. Excellent sacada overlooking the sea. Top for that barbecue Although it was not missed by the good ventilation that the apartment has and available fans, it would be interesting air conditioning in the other rooms. The complete kitchen, for everything we need to prepare, we do not miss anything.

We met our expectations. We were in 2 families (6 adults and 2 children) and everyone loved the stay. Very close to the beach, great pool and great barbecue area. Vilma is very attentive and friendly I recommend it and we'll be back next time.

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

we love the house, well organized, the pool a delight, the house is just like the advertisement, Sueli has always been a lot of requests, responded quickly to the messages, went to the house and took a photo of the household utensils it had, the house is equipped and the house is equipped and to take advantage of it. by our choice we took some more utensils that we found necessary for our stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the house, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor and the bathroom on the outside that helps a lot to service the pool area. To sum it was 8 delicious days. Thank you Sueli 💕 If we have the opportunity we will be back for sure.

The house is very cozy, everything you need,kitchen with several utensils. The location is great,we went by bus and it was super easy to get there. Pertinho da Praia,just across the street... I liked it too much,when we give it again. Georgete is very kind, sympathetic.

Super recommend! Very quiet place in March, we went with family (elderly and child) and it was great. Spacious ambiance, wonderful pools and environs surrounded by nature. we will definitely return :)

Estadia was great, home like the ad, very close to the beach, two small blocks, quiet neighborhood. We went with family with children and we didn't have any problems, it was great to feel at home. The host Eduardo always helpful we responded quickly, helped us in what it took. We intend to return soon.

The Hosts were kind and thoughtful. The Location of the apartment is excellent, with a beautiful sea view. The Condominium is safe and has several areas for leisure. Great place to go with your family.

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.

Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
