Monthly Rentals in Paralia Pefkos

We spent here 5 days with a 2 small kids and truly enjoyed that! The location is just perfect - just a short walk to the beach and also very close to the centre of Pefki. This place really has its charm, Ionnis is a perfect host and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful & relaxing beach getaway.

We spend a month in Greece every May-June (we have grandparents from Rhodes) and this home was one of the best finds we’ve had on any Greek island. PERFECT for family get togethers. We had a mix of grandparents, 1 family with young kids and our family of teenage kids. It was ideal for all! Pool was pristine, beach/seafront area was stunning, home was spacious, beds were so comfortable (rare in Greece). My only suggestion is to put up signs that say “private property” and “private drive,” as it is not clear to other people that the road dead ends at the home. We had maybe 6 or 7 couples drive up or walk up to the house and have to turn around. We also had a few people walk up the private path from The beach only to see it was a residence, and even a couple laying out on the private seabeds one morning when we walked outside. That was a little awkwardness that could be easily avoided with some signage. Otherwise it was 10/10!!! We hope to return next summer and the summer after that….

A comfortable and functional place to stay . Nice to have the balcony for evening sun and front terrace for morning sun . I was there early May , so the village was quiet which was nice . But not so many good places to eat . The beach is sweet , very beautiful. I think in season it might feel quite different covered in sun loungers .
