Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paralia Kalamatas

Fantastische plek. Een mooi ruim appartement en een ruim terras met prachtig zicht. veel wandel en fiets mogelijkheden. Konstantinos was heel vriendelijk en aangenam om mee te praten. we kregen lekkere kersen uit zijn tuin!

Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενικος, φιλικός και προθυμος να απαντησει σε ό,τι τον ρωτήσαμε (αν και ειχε ηδη στειλει λεπτομερως ολες τις οδηγιες). Επειδη φτασαμε νωρίτερα φροντισε και μας παρεδωσε νωρίτερα το δωματιο. Πολυ ευχαριστη ολη η διαμονη!

Het appartement is ruim, met een aparte slaapkamer met een goed bed. een fijne keuken waar alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Een ruim terras met een geweldig uitzicht op zee. Het strand is 1 km van het huis en met de auto rijd je binnen 10 minuten naar goede restaurants en via een mooie route in een half uurtje naar Kardamily. Gastvrije en vriendelijke host, fijne communicatie. Kortom, alles goed!!

Πολύ καθαρό. Κοντά στο κέντρο, πηγαίναμε με τα πόδια. Πολύ σημαντικό ότι βρίσκαμε πολύ εύκολα να παρκάρουμε το αυτοκίνητό μας. Η κ. Ελένη απαντούσε πάντα στο τηλέφωνο.

olga's place was perfect for our short stay in Kalamata. spotlessly clean and has everything you need. olga is also very friendly and helpful. a very comfortable bed too.

Excellent accueil de Christos,des explications claires. Sofia a ensuite pris le relais pour nous aiguiller dans les rues de Kalamata Couple très réactif a nos demandes et toujours avec le sourire,c est vraiment agréable! Gros plus pour mes amis motards,vous pouvez stationner une moto dans la cour du logement si Sofia et Christos sont d’accord😉 Le quartier est un peu bruyant entre 19 et 22h en semaine mais passé cette heure,plus rien. La nuit fut excellente Merci Sofia et Christos

Wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und hatten eine wirkliche tolle Zeit bei Nikos. Balkon und Garten sind klasse und es wurde sich sehr nett um alles gekümmert.

Miejsce komfortowe; z pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Eleni zapewniła całkowity privacy. Kiedy poprosiłam o odnalezienie zagubionej rzeczy zrobiła wszystko, żeby ją odnaleźć. Zawsze dyspozycyjna i miła. Miejsce godne polecenia dla poszukujących spokoju ale też niedalekie od pięknego Kardamili pełnego ślicznych widoków półwyspu Mani ale też dostarczającej rozrywki Kalamaty.

Our one-night stay at the Emerald apartment was great. The apartment was in a good location within easy walking distance to the old city. The 110m² space is thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident throughout, enhancing our overall experience. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear communication and helpful recommendations that enriched our visit. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay memorable. For anyone seeking a blend of comfort, style, and prime location in Kalamata, the Emerald apartment is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it!

One of the best places I have lived in is Vicky’s apartment. Her wonderful reception of us since we arrived. She welcomed us and the apartment did not lack anything. The house is tidy and clean. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting this beautiful city. Finally, thank you Vicky.

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

This is the place you will feel comfortable and will be able to relax from noise. There are 2 work places (separate rooms , tables and chairs) perfect for someone who works remotely. Super clean ! Top comfy and large bed! Place is spotless! There is everything you need in the kitchen (olive oil , salt/pepper , coffee , cookies:) ) Totally recommend!

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

Logement au dernier étage avec la terrasse sur le toit, très chaud mais avec la climatisation ça va très bien. Plutôt bien équipé et avec pleins de bonnes attentions à l'intérieur laissées par sa très gentille propriétaire. Arrivée facile, l'hôte nous a accueilli en bas et nous a proposé de l'aide pour monter nos valises 👍

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ άνετο με ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι. Δίπλα στην κεντρική πλατεία. Με χαρά θα ξαναπάω σε επόμενό μου ταξίδι. Η οικοδέσποινα απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας σύντομα. Ευχαριστούμε

Stavroula was a great host. We kept in touch for the check in time and was pretty flexible. The place was great and not even 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kalamata. The flat was clean, comfortable and convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kalamata.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

Logement magnifique, propre, moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux. Plusieurs terrasses. Etendoir a linge (très apprécié quand on fait une lessive). Nous avons été accueillis par Petros, un hôte très aimable et à l'écoute. Toute l'équipe qui gère cet appartement a d'ailleurs été très réactive à tout moment, un grand merci à eux. Un flyer avec des QR codes disponinle dans l'appartememt permet d'obtenir une foule de conseils très utiles sur les différentes activités aux alentours, les restaurants, etc. Le quartier lui-même est situé dans une zone résidentielle calme dont de nombreux bâtiments ont été constuits récemment. Accès à la mer à pied en 10-15 minutes et à la vieille ville en 20 minutes. Ou alors en 2 minutes en voiture. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique logement et une équipe très accueillante, je recommande à 100%!

We had a great stay, the apartment ist conveniently located and very central. Despite the central location, we could always find a parking within 3 min walking distance. The apartment was nice and had everything one needed. Δημήτρης is a nice host and communicates well.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Προσωπικά μου φάνηκε και πολύ μεγαλύτερο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια εξαιρετικά φιλική και βοηθητική με όλα. Υπήρχε διαθέσιμη ακόμα και ομπρέλα παραλίας την οποία και χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Έχοντας ζήσει στην Καλαμάτα ως φοιτητής η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για όσους έχουν όχημα και είναι κοντά τόσο στο κέντρο όσο και στην παραλία.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσια για μετακινησεις με τα πόδια, δίπλα στο πάρκο και σε πολύ μικρη απόσταση απο την παραλια και το κέντρο.Ο χώρος ήταν τακτοποιημένος και καθαρός. Εξαιρετικος ο Νικος στην επικοινωνία. Ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία
