Beachfront vacation rentals in Paralia Kalamatas

We had a great time!!! We had easy access everywhere!!! An ideal place for a family with children since the sea is just two steps!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next summer!!!

We loved staying here, spacious, light and very homely. The host was friendly but also respectful of our privacy. The bathroom and kitchen were spacious and well equipped. The views are amazing. 10 minute walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Zoe’s, we just wished we could have stayed longer. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Lots of nice welcoming touches and spotlessly clean. So many extras to make our stay comfortable. I will definitely be back very soon.

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

A wonderful house, spacious, comfortable, well equiped, off street parking for one car and with several lovely patios to enjoy the outside. We felt at home and happy at once. Restaurants and very relaxed beaches at easy walking distance, the nearest only at 20 mtrs. Kalamata did not really appeal to us but the erea, especially the charming villages along the coast to the east certainly did! Excellent contact with host Vasia, her happy childhood memories are not hard to imagine. Highly recommended!

The place and the cottage were perfect! We had the whole beach almost to ourselves and the sea was marvellous. The cottage, the garden and the terrace are even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. It's super clean and has everything you need - perfectly equipped. Spiros made us feel so welcome, it was so nice to meet him, such a friendly and warm person! He also gave us lots of tips for excursions, activities and restaurants and also recommended two great fish shops when we asked. We wanted to see a lot more in the area, but we just liked the place so much that we just relaxed a lot and enjoyed living there. Thank you so much, Spiros! We are hoping to see you again!

a gem of a place if you like peace and tranquility. the house is in a unique location right by the sea. you can step out onto your own beach for a swim and then retreat into the shaded beautifully planted garden to relax. the house stayed cool despite 34 degrees. it is tastefully decorated and has everything you need.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Had a great stay in very luxurious apartment with stunning views. Upon arrival, we were also able to enjoy homemade tiramisu. We liked Pylos itself, but there are more beautiful places in the Peloponnese. The surroundings are magnificent, the snorkeling in the sea and the waterfalls of Polimnio were really super nice. Furthermore, we enjoyed the small pool very much!!

Great place and management.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

We couldn’t possibly say enough good things about our stay at Aria’s place. SPECTACULAR view, private cove to bathe in the sea daily, lounge chairs to soak in the sun all day…what more could you want. Indoor amenities were lovely too. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, dining spaces indoors and out. No notes, pure perfection!

Apartment is located in a great house with really nice garden and pool, private atmosphere to relax. Directly on a small bay with 3-4 beach bars 2 minutes' walk. Around the corner a great fish restaurant "Mouria", definitely visit! Car for shopping and exploring the area is important, but it is only 20 minutes on foot to the marina, where there are also great restaurants. Francis is an attentive and always accessible host and house cat Mats was immediately our favorite!! We can only recommend Villa Satori and would be happy to come back, Christof and Simone

This is a very special place -so special I almost don’t want to share! The attention to detail, love, and appreciation of nature the hosts have poured into their home shines through. From beautiful antique furniture, exquisite bed, silence, little spots to sit in peace and kindness of the hosts to the nearby beach and lovely nearby town, this place has it all. If you’re looking for a retreat, place for creative inspiration,or rekindling a romance- this is it. A car is required- beach umbrellas and towels available.

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

The house is very good.. it really feels like home.. with radiators for heat and air conditioning.... hospitable and very friendly K. Voula who showed us the house... we'll hang up again when we go to Kalamata again...

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

The apartment was as described, right on the beach, two steps away. The verandah looked out across the beautiful bay on Foinikounda, we couldn’t ask for more. The kitchen was well equipped and we would come straight from the beach (where the sun beds are free) to the apartment to make a Greek salad for lunch, it was heavenly. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great. The local supermarket was large and well stocked for everything you need for a self catering holiday and the numerous local restaurants provided a good choice for evening meal (Elena was our favourite). Parking was nearby the apartment and again, free. Panagiotis was a great host, always responsive to questions etc and we had zero problems. All in all a wonderful holiday, thank you Panagiotis!

Christina was a nice hostess, she gave us very clear instructions on how to do the check-in and check-out. The place was clean and nice and very practical, and the view from the balcony was stunning, both during the day and at night. The location was also great because of the proximity to the beach, and to the many restaurants and bars in the street. A bus station is 2 mins away and it takes you directly to the city center where you can discover the heart of the city. I highly recommend!

The hosts were impeccable in everything. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful. For example, when we had the misfortune of having our car left out of battery, they helped us restart the car. The room was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The electrical appliances and air conditioners are working properly. The home is in a perfect location, in two minutes you are on foot on the beach. If it needed some improvement, maybe it was the old kitchen cabinets and the closet, but I personally didn't bother me because they're functional. I would choose this home again for my next stay in Kalamata. Thanks for all the hosts!!!

Tania's apartment was well equipped. Host was responsive and checked us in on site. Water, coke, coffee and other things were left in the kitchen for us. Free laundry service was available. Parking in the patio. Highly recommend.

The beach and setting was beautiful. Sunsets very special. The space was perfect for the two of us!
