This 1920's home has been fully updated to include new kitchen, bath, fixtures, appliances, and more. The home has 2 bedrooms with one having a king bed and the other a queen bed. Beds feature super comfy Tuft & Needle mattresses ! Kitchen covers all of your basic cooking needs, has stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and is perfect for a meal or to use as a work space. New full size washer and dryer in carport laundry room. Grab a bottle of wine from Tony's less than 1 block away and relax in the screened-in front porch. Depending on the season grab a Valencia orange off the citrus tree in the back yard. You can use the entire home! There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bath, dining room, kitchen, and a full washer and dryer in the laundry room (located in the carport). Owners live less than a mile away and are available as needed. We can meet you if you need anything! Just a few short steps from the famous Farmer's Market, Crooked Can Brewing, the Plant Street Market, the West Orange Bike Trail, Garden Theater, countless restaurants, and all that Downtown Winter Garden has to offer. This historic home is the perfect escape from the bustle of the tourist district, less than 30 minutes to Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes to Sea World. You can easily walk the 1 block to Plant St where most of the amenities of Downtown Winter Garden are located. You'll be just 25 minutes from Universal Studios and I-Drive via the Turnpike and 25 minutes from Disney via hwy 429. Also if you are into biking you can rent them at Wheel Works or the West Orange trail head and hit the famous West Orange Trail. There is a 2 car covered carport on site. Across the street from an elementary school so during the school year, there is some traffic in the morning and afternoon. Please be mindful and a good neighbor!

The place was great, just as advertised and in a quiet area. Would recommend having a vehicle if you’re staying here (or anywhere in Orlando really); I took the bus a couple times and it wasn’t too far to walk to the bus stop, but the bus ride is fairly long (though still doable). I had no issues getting in and using the amenities, and my neighbour in the other room was quiet and respectful - good since we share the common space.

I stayed in Brannon’s rooms for some training I had to attend in Apoka that was very demanding. From the beginning Brannon was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and quick message reply time. I loved the free coffee and unlimited laundry options as I ran everyday and was able to do my laundry without it piling up. I also enjoyed the pantry and fridge space for each unit that was clean and clearly labeled. Personally the neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. I was able to run/walk to my gym, the library, and even Publix all under 2 mi. Check in was easy as were directions to the rental rooms. Parking was street and plenty of space. The only thing that would have been nice would be able to check in around 1500 instead of 1700. But fantastic stay and really felt at home. Great hosts’. Lastly the bathroom was clean, and the room and kitchen (shared) were very clean as well. Would definitely stay again as everything was as advertised and well worth the price.

Kari's communication from the moment I booked was beyond excellent! She was responsive every time I had to ask her something and willing to genuinely chat about the property. This is paradise! It's a 3 generation home cared for with love and forward looking to improvements. The beds were super comfortable, the place was beyond spotless and we were so happy with the location. If you are in the Orlando area and want a pretty, peaceful get away from the city (it is within 15-30 minutes of any restaurant, theme park, airport, point of interest you could want) book Kari's place. We had a wonderful time attending a wedding and exploring Orlando, with the knowledge we could come back here. Thank you!!!

I enjoyed my stay. There were 3 rooms, bedroom, bathroom and a dining/kitchen are in between. It made it feel spacious. There were extra blankets, a fan, a smart TV, table and chairs and a lounge chair, and I enjoyed the luggage caddy to put my suitcase on. The king bed with plenty of pillows was so comfortable.
