Family-friendly vacation rentals in Paphos

My husband and I loved our stay here. The evenings in the jacuzzi, admiring this beautiful view are our core memories. We definitely recommend this place.

It was a lovely holiday in Lauren’s apartment. Lauren is very friendly and responsive host. We had everything we need, even for a baby. Even though the swimming pool was closed during our stay, Lauren offered an alternative. Although we had lots do to anyway, so didn’t need it in the end. Would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent place to stay. It is easy to get to other locations and places of interest. Shops are a short drive away. The pool is a lovely size, I would recommend heating. The house has everything you'll need for your stay. The jewel is the beach which is a short walk away, it's really quiet, lovely views and nice walks, the sea is great for swimming. Only heads up is that we had difficulty following the directions we were given from the airport to the villa but should have just put the villa address into google maps or similar sat nav which would have been easier. We would definatley stay here again and really enjoyed the games rooms and all the facilities available. Thank you to Joseph who responded quickly to any issues we had, which were only one relating to a broken key. Overall everything was great.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. It was very clean, there were no insects, everything was just perfect. The pool was always clean. Antonis was always available whenever we had any questions. Polis is only 20min away, the app „Alfa Cy“ helped us to order a Taxi to go there because we didn‘t rent a car. There is a mini market 10min away from the Villa. There is also a Foodtruck which serves very good food, it is 1 min away from the Villa. The view from the infinity pool was awesome, we enjoyed every second of it. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and in the other rooms. We were all in all very happy to have chosen this Villa and would love to visit it again. 😊

Spacious villa with great pool area. Responsive to emails and questions and we had a great holiday here Not very walkable (I did a few solo walks to chlorakas and to kissenerga and stumbled across some great archeological sites) if you have children, it’s quite out of the way of bars/restaurants, however we had a car so getting to the harbour or the old town was easy and around 20 mins We stayed in the villa as 4 adults and 4 children and it never felt crowded

Nice appartment . Host family very kind: Brought us homemade cake, cookies and also a breakfast plate on our last day. On the opposite site is a small restaurant which offers cypress breakfast. Always went there for breakfast.

La maison était top. Vue sur mer et vue sur le coucher de soleil incroyable ! Andri a toujours été très réactive et à l'écoute lors de nos échanges. Elle nous a mis à disposition un kit de bienvenue pour notre arrivée. Nous avons pu cueillir des fruits dans le jardin (mangues, figues, figues de barbarie, citrons...). Si vous cherchez du calme et à être loin du tourisme de masse, Pomos est un petit village fait pour vous. Une voiture est indispensable par contre (à un peu plus d'une heure de l'aéroport de Paphos). Pour faire des grosses courses au supermarché, il faut aller jusqu'à Polis (une bonne vingtaine de minutes). Pour des sorties en mer, c'est à Latchi que ça se passe. Je vous conseille la petite plage de Gialia (à 10 mn en voiture) où vous serez seuls au monde !! C'est une des rares plages du coin avec du sable. Il y a aussi à Pomos la cave du dragon, une petite crique dans laquelle vous pourrez aussi vous baigner sans être dérangés. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at Villa Anna and we definitely recommend it! It felt just like visiting our grandparents’ house in the village, combined with a touch of modernism. The beautiful garden and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note: while the listing offers a two-bedroom house, only one bedroom is available for use. If you’re not a couple, it's best to inform the owner in advance. Overall, a lovely experience!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

We had a very great time in Lilia’s villa for 1 week! We were 12 + a baby and we had everything we needed in the villa, very nice location, good connection and very clean. The villa location is very peaceful and we have everything close by, beach and supermarket. I’ll definitely recommend this place

The house was a lot bigger than expected, and had a great location! Everything that we needed was there, and the hosts were very friendly! We would definitely come back again, the access to the sea, and walking into the centre was perfect!

We loved our stay, apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. Pool was fantastic with dedicated sun beds and peaceful atmosphere. Location was great with lots to do, 5 minute walk to the beach and reasonably priced attractions. Natalia was very responsive and helpful with our queries, although we didnt have many as the place was so good. Would recommend to anybody thinking of staying in Paphos and I would 100% stay here again.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

Amazing and courteous host. I had a great time staying at Tatiana’s- it is so well furnished, in a great location and most of all a cosy space to relax after a long day. Beautiful complex with pool, and Tatiana’s communication was brilliant through out. Would recommend!

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

Siamo venuti in 2 adulti e 2 bambini ...perfetto perfetto perfetto... Praticamente la mia famiglia vorrebbe prendere la stessa casa,macchina (che e sempre di proprietario..) Siamo stati benissimo... Raccomando a tutti. 4 giornate purtroppo sono stati pochi...c'è tanto da visitare

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

Christophe is a great host! He asked us in advance if we had any additional requests, and since we were planning to stream movies, he upgraded the internet connextion. He also provided a detailed guide to the house. There were a lot of useful utensils and supplies for a washing mashine and dishwasher. On New Year's Eve, Christophe also helped us with an electrical problem, which we quickly solved together. Overall, the villa was very nice, equipped with every imaginable kitchen tool, barbecue and gas fireplace. We were happy with our stay in Cyprus thanks to the substantial contribution of Christophe and his villa!

Jen’s place was well-equipped with everything we needed—from cooking essentials to leisure amenities—which made our stay easy and comfortable. The space itself was spacious and clean, and the pool area was a definite plus—there are several pools to choose from, all well-maintained and enjoyable. The location is reasonably walkable from the promenade, so getting to the main spots was easy enough without needing a car all the time. Check-in was smooth and fully contactless, which made things very convenient. Overall, a very decent place that worked well for our vacation.
