The apartment is great, the view is gorgeous, there is everything you need, I really liked it. There may be only one inconvenience, if someone lives next door, it may be inconvenient, there is almost no privacy

We had a lovely stress free stay at Al’s place. The flat is nice, well equipped and the view from the living room balcony is stunning with amazing sunset. Al was always responsive and helpful. Great place to stay, highly recommend. :)

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days in the Kochini Villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with stunning sea views, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire facility is inviting, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. Communication with Evridiki was always warm, professional and straightforward. Five stars are absolutely deserved, and we can fully recommend this place. We will be happy to come back! Thanks for everything, Evridiki! Luise and Henning

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We searched and found an oasis of peace with a pool and proximity to the beach and nice places. Very attentive hostess who was concerned for our well-being. Beautiful garden area with chiller lounge on the 1st floor, large kitchen with living room. We were here as a family of 4 and would be happy to come back.

A really lovely flat with everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The flat is so well equipped. Super friendly people (and cats), a relaxed location, and a short drive to loads of great restaurants and beaches, plus the beach 1 min walk away! Highly recommended!

This duplex apartment is fantastic. There is nothing lacking! Very tasteful and spacious. Super clean, friendly welcome with fruit, water and wine. Sophie, our host, accompanied us wonderfully and was always directly accessible. The shared pool is a great thing and you can relax very well. Ocean view from the balcony, just a few meters to the beach, a supermarket right next door. Vacations don't get more relaxing than this. There is a good bus connection, also to the airport… and the Königsgräber as well as the small old town are within walking distance. Clear booking recommendation!! 👍🏻🌸

The apartment is perfect for a nice vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. On the large terrace with the view of the sea, you can feel comfortable. There are many bars and restaurants in the area that can be easily reached on foot. The apartment itself is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully. We would book again in a heartbeat!

If you want a clean, comfortable and convenient space this is it.

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Thank loads!!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

The villa was just beautiful and better than the photos! From gorgeous decor, to beautiful gardens and pool. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all the little details and amenities you could need. Corallia beach is a 5 minute walk away and we preferred to Coral beach, the water is so clear and lovely. We literally just flew and flopped for a week, and wish we could have stayed longer as would have definitely explored the surrounding areas more. Porto antico was our favourite restaurant, food was just amazing from a simple burger to the steak and seafood. Anna was very responsive and arranged a taxi with Georgi for us, he and his team were great and so helpful when my eldest daughter arrived, picking her up at short notice from the airport. Would absolutely return in the future, just a wonderful holiday.

Nice apartment in a central location. A huge and varied choice of restaurants and facilities within a 10 minute walk. Free car park, on a bus route and main road in Paphos, Which was surprisingly quiet overnight. Great veranda. Nothing not to like at the price point.

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place as it had everything we needed for our family. The area was peaceful but also close enough to everything we needed. The check in was easy considering we did not arrive until after 11pm. Julia was very proactive with her details and arranged a cot for us at short notice. We would stay here again if we come back to this area many thanks Julia.

I had an amazing stay in this flat in Paphos! It was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. The host was extremely helpful and super responsive. The price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

Very good communication, clean apartment

We highly recommend this apartment. We spent a week there with two kids. We were very comfortable and the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea was the most wonderful in the world. BBQ and fire pit <3. The owner prepared beach toys, board games, and stuffed animals for the kids, which was a lovely gesture. The location is perfect on the promenade that you can walk to the surrounding towns. During our stay, the nights were quite cool, but the apartment has air conditioning that can be heated, as well as an electric heater. In addition, the beds had super warm comforters (I was afraid there could only be thin sheets and blankets) it was great. We highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again.

the apartment was amazing, just like the photos, finished to a very high standard, a very enjoyable stay, host even allowed us to have a late check-out due to the time of our evening flight, we'll definitely use again, thank you Joschka !!
