A lovely Apartment in the heart of Kato Paphos. Fully equipped, with balcony and view. Central location ,close to all necessary amenities for a convenience stay. Bakery, coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants ,pharmacy is all next to the apartment. Also Mall of Paphos is a walking distance from there Walking distance to Harbour and archeological monuments No need for car as the central station of busses to anywhere in Paphos is just a few meters away. Bus stop just outside of the building

A cozy studio is located in a prime location in Kato Paphos tourist area, a few steps away from the sea, which is just across the road. This stylish place will bright up your vacation! It is uniquely positioned with only steps away from the beach, in a peaceful neighbourhood at a vibrant touristic area. In the adjacent Tombs of the Kings avenue you will find nice restaurants and pubs and the shopping mall within only walking distance. You can enjoy a nice walk by the sea which will bring you to the harbour and main historical landmarks. It's a 20 minutes drive from Paphos Airport and you can park for free by the roadside.

It is located in the heart of tourist and historical area of Kato Paphos, a minute walk to the sea, promenade, bars, restaurants etc. The studio apartment is compact (21 sqm), with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, A/C, free WIFI and smart TV. Breakfast is included at our Harbour restaurant located just around the corner starting from 9:30 am - 11:30 am.
