Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Paphos

Really beautiful location, could walk right down to the sea but you cannot swim ìn it as there is a ledge that the waves crash against which would make it extremely dangerous! nice beach down the road for snorkeling and very authentic little towns dotted about. if you want a true taste of cyprus this is the place. Everyone in the area was very friendly and sunsets from the apartment were amazing ! Only 1 complaint which was the air-conditioning turned itself off after a couple of hours which meant when we had it on in the night it got very hot in the bedroom! Beds were also comfortable!

Fantastic villa ,more like your own resort , even better than pictures . Spyros was brilliant always there if you needed anything and replied immediately even dropped a bottle of wine off for us .Latchi Harbour is 5 minutes away ( you will drive through it to get to the villa ) Loads of restaurants very reasonable, locals are lovely people. We did boat trip to blue lagoon on Nafiska 11 worked our £20 each . Free wine orange juice and fruit. We hired a car for the week which i would recommend, £120 For the week they drive on same side as uk and have 3 pin plugs 🙂

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Spokojna okolica. Apartament ma wszystkie udogodnienia. Bardzo blisko do miejskiej plaży i portu. Lokale gastronomiczne z bardzo dobrą różnorodną kuchnią na tej samej ulicy. Od początku rezerwacji aż do wyjazdu stały kontakt z właścicielką p. Eleftheria, która była pomocna na każdym etapie naszego pobytu. Napewno warto skorzystać z tego apartamentu.

Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer ganz ruhigen Lage. Wir sind gern an verschiedene Strände gefahren oder haben die Insel erkundet. Am Nachmittag zu dem großen Pool und Gartenbereich zurückzukommen und zu relaxen war super. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war mehr als gut und zum Willkommen hat Margarita uns mit Getränken und Obst überrascht. Wir haben uns bei Margarita sehr wohl gefühlt und es war uns eine Freude, sie kennenlernen zu dürfen.

Мы отлично провели время с подругой и нашими питомцами,что немаловажно для нас! Очень красивое место,тропы,горные массивы,виноградники,и многое другое! Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! Мы обязательно вернемся! Спасибо!

This place has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay by the sea. The two bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen works well, and there’s plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. The location is the real standout—you’re practically on top of the ocean. The sound of the waves is constant, the sunsets are as stunning as the listing photos, and the whole setting is just spectacular. The place is well-equipped: great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and strong Wi-Fi that easily handles streaming and remote work. It’s clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The host is excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful with anything that comes up. The town is small, with a few restaurants and shops, but just 20 minutes away you’ll find a wider variety of places to eat, many right on the water with incredible seafood and kebabs. We stayed for a month and loved every minute. There are beautiful walks in every direction, and nearby historical sites like the UN Green Line.

Andreas was a great host. He welcomed us and was very kind and helpful with lot of information. Highly recommend.

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

This apartment was perfect for us, we had a wedding to attend near Olympic lagoon so was a great location. Simon was a great host greeted us on arrival, really responsive on any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend more definitely stay again thank you 😊

L’appartement était très confortable et vraiment bien situé dans un agréable quartier. Nous avons beaucoup marché, l’accès aux différents lieux historiques était très facile, l’accès à la gare routière pour prendre un bus se situait à 10mn de l’appartement. Nous avons découvert cette belle promenade aménagée en bord de mer qui nous conduisait jusqu’au port. Après une journée de marché et de visites nous étions très heureuses de retrouver le bel appartement d’Anna et de Démos qui étaient très réactifs à chacune de nos demandes.

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

We really loved this location in Paphos, close to Venus Beach! The grounds of the complex and the unit were as shown in the pictures. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, cooking pots etc. This was a great location for a longer stay. very close to supermarket and 5 minute walk to (in our opinion) the best beach in Paphos. Sunsets over the sea right from the balcony too! Walking distance to King of Tombs, to Old Town and to the pristine and amazing boardwalk along the sea. Right along an easy bus route to get to Coral Bay or the Harbour and we loved using rental bikes all month! There is a spectacular bike path in Paphos as well! George is a wonderful and responsive host! He was proactive and flexible for check-in. Thank you George for hosting us! We fell in love with Cyprus and will be back!

It's a lovely flat with all needed amenities. The shower is strong and hot, the mateasses are firm. The parking on the street makes it easy to get there. But the best thing about it is very responsive, caring host who went out of the way to make sure we are taken care of :) exceptional hospitality

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit

Nothing bad to say at all. Our stay at Kevin’s place was perfect. Beautiful rooms, outdoor areas, pool and had everything we needed. It was only about a 5min drive to the waterfront with all the restaurants but there was a cafe onsite and convenience stores walkable nearby. Communication with Kevin was great! Extremely responsive, was there upon check in to show us the place and upon check out. Available if we needed anything and was super kind! Thanks for a lovely stay Kevin!

Tolle Unterkunft. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vicki. Die Wohnung ist einfach der Hammer, die Terrasse ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen.

Nous avons passé un super sejour, Ofek est très réactif, le logement est conforme aux photos, je recommande !

Georgios ist sehr zuvorkommend. Haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles super geklappt. Wohnung ist groß und liegt in einer guten Lage. Man bekommt von ihm Snacks und Wasser steht auch zur Verfügung.
