Fantastic villa ,more like your own resort , even better than pictures . Spyros was brilliant always there if you needed anything and replied immediately even dropped a bottle of wine off for us .Latchi Harbour is 5 minutes away ( you will drive through it to get to the villa ) Loads of restaurants very reasonable, locals are lovely people. We did boat trip to blue lagoon on Nafiska 11 worked our £20 each . Free wine orange juice and fruit. We hired a car for the week which i would recommend, £120 For the week they drive on same side as uk and have 3 pin plugs 🙂

The perfect place to relax. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the amenities. Very close to the city beach and port. Restaurants with very good diverse cuisine on the same street. From the beginning of the reservation until the departure, constant contact with the owner, Eleftheria, who was helpful at every stage of our stay. It is definitely worth using this apartment.

Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

Cozy large accommodation in an area near Paphos by car. very convenient parking right in front of the entrance. In the kitchen there were all the necessities and the two bedrooms were very large with comfortable double beds. the balcony had a very nice view. and there was good communication. I would recommend it.

Paradise at Cyan Beach-bungalow Are we dreaming or is it really true? A garden green, a golden sun, a sea of turquoise blue. A bungalow so lovely- our home for just two weeks A setting that is perfect, a relaxing quiet retreat. Here we lack for nothing – so much has been provided. we stayed for 3 night in Pano Panagia and it was such a relaxing place. the house was so spacious and had lovely afternoon sun.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay by the sea. The two bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen works well, and there’s plenty of room to settle in and feel at home. The location is the real standout—you’re practically on top of the ocean. The sound of the waves is constant, the sunsets are as stunning as the listing photos, and the whole setting is just spectacular. The place is well-equipped: great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and strong Wi-Fi that easily handles streaming and remote work. It’s clean, comfortable, and easy to live in. The host is excellent—quick to respond and genuinely helpful with anything that comes up. The town is small, with a few restaurants and shops, but just 20 minutes away you’ll find a wider variety of places to eat, many right on the water with incredible seafood and kebabs. We stayed for a month and loved every minute. There are beautiful walks in every direction, and nearby historical sites like the UN Green Line.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Waves Villa. From start to finish, their entire team were extremely helpful, polite, and quick to respond to anything we needed. They were available by phone, through the app, and even came in person whenever required, making everything run smoothly. The villa is beautiful, with a great pool and a lovely courtyard to relax in. There is some road noise, but that’s to be expected in most places and it doesn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of the outdoor space. A member of their team came by most days to clean the pool and empty the bins, which kept everything tidy and well-maintained. At night, the view of the lights in the mountains adds a special touch to the setting. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent and responsive service throughout.

The Estea property was lovely, cosy apartment. Very clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. Great location, comfy bed, and friendly host. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Would happily return and highly recommend!

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay in Paphos. The apartment made us feel we have a home away from home. Andres was responsive and always there to assist. The area is residential and quiet, a short drive needed for any activity out of home.

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit

Nothing bad to say at all. Our stay at Kevin’s place was perfect. Beautiful rooms, outdoor areas, pool and had everything we needed. It was only about a 5min drive to the waterfront with all the restaurants but there was a cafe onsite and convenience stores walkable nearby. Communication with Kevin was great! Extremely responsive, was there upon check in to show us the place and upon check out. Available if we needed anything and was super kind! Thanks for a lovely stay Kevin!

Georgios is very accommodating. We booked spontaneously and everything worked out great. Apartment is large and is in a good location. You get snacks from him and water is also available.
