Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Very nice and big place to stay. Really great for a group or larger family. Communication with Mirko has always worked at lightning speed. We felt very comfortable. Our highlight was the pool and the beer tap. 😊

Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Cristina is responsive to requests and very kind. Very quiet and relaxing accommodation. Everything was great, it was what we were looking for both for us and our Kobe🐕, if possible we will definitely come back. Thanks Cristina, see you next time

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We gratefully took advantage of the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We were in the apartment for three nights. We enjoyed Emilio and Anna's hospitality. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearest supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean and tidy. We highly recommend staying there.

Sara's place was great for our group of 3. Clean and well-equipped, it perfectly met our expectations. Sara was charming and welcoming and communication with her was always easy and responsive. Thanks for the warm welcome, Sara!

The house is beautiful in Erve. You can get there by a short climb on foot. Claudia and her husband are excellent hosts, everything is very clean and they help you with everything you need. The hostess is always available and helps you with everything. From the village you can hike very well, enjoy nature or even eat something or drink coffee. I would come back anytime!

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.

The stay at Chiara's apartment was very good. The location is great and the apartment very cozy. Unfortunately, the neighbors had a music event and the first night was not so relaxing🥴 Otherwise, however, it is very quiet. We will definitely be back to this apartment!! Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Very good place to get to know the surroundings of Milan. A helpful host responds quickly to messages. I really liked being able to have a flexible check in and check out time.
