No animals Living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob. 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious closets. Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
