My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Within walking distance are various restaurants, supermarkets, a movie theater, the Weissensee etc. Parking spaces are directly in front of the door. Various bus stops 150m away. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace and underfloor heating. There are two separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is open plan with high ceiling.

Directly on the lively Antonplatz in Weissensee, the apartment is located above the Toni cinema on the 1st floor. The tram is in front of the door - so you are in 10 minutes at Alexanderplatz. Supermarkets, drugstores, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. For two people the apartment is ideal, for three people comfortable. It is modernly furnished with everything you need for a long or short holiday.
