Great apartment in a central location, nice and friendly host. Apartment was fully equipped with everything that is needed. Quiet house with friendly neighbours. Good for families or individuals. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommended for long stays.

The apartment was in a perfect location for the cup weekend. S-Bahn and U-Bahn are nearby. There are also shopping facilities. In case of problems and questions, they responded very quickly.

Everything was fine and as described. The hostess was very nice and welcomed us personally and explained everything, and was always available afterwards. If you want to enjoy a few spa days, I highly recommend the apartment. Quiet location and you are undisturbed.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay – the location was excellent, the apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Just a heads-up: the second bedroom is actually the living room, but it’s cleverly set up with full-sized, comfortable beds. It worked really well for us and didn’t take away much from the living space. Also, while there are shutters, there’s definitely some natural light in the morning – it didn’t bother me, but light-sensitive sleepers might want to know. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend this place!

Really a nice apartment, but a fantastic and central location. Good large bedrooms with good beds. The apartment was well-tempered even when it was over 30 degrees outside. We'd love to come back. Werner was very kind and welcoming and we were allowed to store our luggage for a few extra hours.

Had a great time at Caspar & Louisa's place over the weekend in Berlin. They were very kind to allow us to drop off our bags early. If you're looking for a quieter neighbourhood in Berlin, this is a perfect spot for you, away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful 3 nights in Fadeih’s beautiful and welcoming space - stylish and functional interior, easy ground floor access with toddler and stroller, great neighborhood. All in all the perfect place for a Berlin getaway. We would love to book this place again!

Perfect, perfect, perfect For our first Airbnb booking, this set the bar high! Absolutely stunning place with everything in pristine condition and well furnished. Heavenly sleep, warm interior design, and wonderful host. The Airbnb is also close to a lot of public transportation and amenities, making our stay run all the more smoothly. Could not recommend it enough!!!

Nicole's small apartment was more than sufficient for our overnight stay. Check-in worked great thanks to the great instructions and we felt very comfortable right away. After we packed all our things into the apartment, we made our way back to the Olympic Stadium to see a concert there. Thanks to the location, the apartment was pleasantly cool despite the summer temperatures outside. All in all, a fantastic accommodation to spend a night, or even a few days longer, in Berlin.

The location is excellent, close to Alexanderplatz. From the apartment you can always see the imposing television tower. The apartment has all the necessary amenities both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. They are close to all public transportation, supermarkets and places to dine. Ivos was super attentive and always available. He was flexible both on arrival and departure. Definitely a place to recommend!!!!

We (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 7) felt very comfortable and welcome with Henry and his wife. The reception was easy to organize and we were received in a very friendly manner. The bungalow and the amenities were as described - what more could you ask for. The small terrace, the pool and the garden were a welcome change from sightseeing and a real oasis of relaxation. The location was great for sightseeing trips, as you were at the stop "Ahrensfelde" of the S7 in 10 minutes and could explore Berlin from there. We will be happy to come back.

I wanted to rent this apartment for 3 days. Something had gone wrong with the payment and then it was after 12 o'clock in the evening. Then I could no longer book this through airb&b and it was no longer possible. I contacted the host of this apartment and explained that I wanted to rent this apartment for the next few days. The host responded quickly and made an effort to resolve this with airbnb so that I could book this apartment. The owner is very kind, we got clear explanations. The apartment was large and fine for us. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is free parking in front of the door. We were out the door early and walked a lot in Berlin and could relax in the bath in the evening. We did not use the sauna and swimming pool, but the space looked very nice. The host is easily accessible and again very friendly! Definitely recommended.

What a beautiful apartment overlooking the garden with chickens and ducks. We as guests could also sit in the beautiful garden. To the center of Berlin 14 and the river Havel it was 7 km. cycling. Good to do. Large supermarket 1 km from the apartment. Christian a committed friendly host. We could always go to him or his wife with questions. Recommend! R & K from the Netherlands

We were super satisfied. Patric responded to our concerns quickly. The house is great. Bus around the corner. Very good connection in all directions. We have already recommended the accommodation. I would gladly come back.

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

It's a perfect place to relax from the big city. Especially the combination of garden, sauna, fireplace and swimming pool are unbeatable.
