A sweet, bright 1-room apartment to feel good in! Quiet & very green, despite being located in the middle of the lively & lovelyPrenzlauer Berg with many cafés, restaurants, small designer shops. In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. This ‚flat’ with its own entrance is a part of a bigger flat with another entrance door. The rest of the flat is separated by a door (locked). So you are not going to have any contact with other people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without elevator).
