Vacation rentals with a patio in Panketal

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Although I arrived a little later in the evening (about 9 pm), Geraldine greeted me very warmly and gave me restaurant tips. The place is as in the pictures, very nice and cozy; I was able to spend a very relaxing weekend here. In the small kitchen, there is everything you need to prepare a meal on your own. A very small criticism at a high level: In part, the online connection of the TV "wobbled" and there were always loading times. I would stay with Geraldine again anytime.

This apartment is just wonderful in every way, the views are spectacular! The location is perfect, everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance. Norman is a great host and very welcoming. I think this might be the best apartment I've ever stayed in! 5 star all the way.

Nice family with lots of great tips to do in the area. Easy and quick to reach. Beautiful apartment with nice beds and good fully equipped kitchen. Great garden where you can relax in the hammock or play badminton after a day in Berlin. Walking distance to Grunau station and shops and restaurants.

Really enjoyed staying in Lucia's Airbnb. It is in an excellent location with lots to do in the immediate area while also being just a few minutes from a u-bahn station and supermarkets. The apartment is beautifully decorated and was the perfect place to stay while visiting Berlin.

We felt very comfortable immediately in this special accommodation. The cottage is in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep small staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We really enjoyed our stay, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

Manfred's accommodation is very, very nice, superbly equipped and has a very nice view of the harbor from the terrace. In front of it is a great garden area. We were able to do a lot by car and bicycles (lake, wildlife park... canoeing would also have been possible). Recommended :)

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk to the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or in the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it very much here.

I booked the apartment of Susnne and René for business for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to take good care of himself. I'll be happy to book again when we're close.

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. We absolutely recommend Katrin and Ralf's place! The place was very comfortable and cozy and we felt totally comfortable! Everything is of high quality and the adjoining garden with a beautiful terrace was also very well maintained and inviting. Katrin lovingly prepared the baby bed for our daughter and numerous drinks (and even non-alcoholic sparkling wine) were provided for us in the fridge. The “bread service” on the weekend was also great! A nice playground is a 1-minute walk away and the many games, books and DVDs kept us entertained in the evenings. For those who want to combine a visit to Berlin with peace and relaxation, Katrin and Ralf's place is the perfect choice! Thanks for having us!

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

The location turned out to be surprisingly great—quiet but still really convenient to get around. As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
