The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Pan Valley, Schwanebeck district, on the city border to Berlin-Buch, near the Helios Clinic. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

One Bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. A charcoal barbecue and 3 bikes are available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.

By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.

Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.
