Monthly Rentals in Pangbourne

Jenny was an amazing host, greeted us on arrival and gave a brief but informative run down. The surroundings and location is beautiful, felt right at home and at one with the peaceful natural surroundings, watching the ducks, dragonflies and various species of birds by the stream you can lookout the doors from the living room was amazing. Local pub requires booking if you want food but is only a 5minute walk. Beautiful nature trails on the doorstep. Reading 20minute drive Pangbourne 10minute drive, would advise going to the swan pub. Overall we loved our stay and would love to return, really good value for money for what you get and a high end finish

2 adults and one child (2 year old) had a fantastic 3 week stay at River Nook Cottage - Visiting from Australia. We loved all of the amenities offered, the area of Pangbourne, the quiet street and how we were able to walk to both the Train Station and the Village for shops/restaurants/cafe's. We also loved the selection of books/tv channels available in the accommodation. It was a short drive to local attractions such as Beale Park, Cobbs Cafe, Buckleberry Deer Farm. Local supermarket was a short 10 minute drive away. Our only comment would be that we underestimated how much we would need a tumble dryer (not one on the property). However, we managed with the facilities that Lucinda supplied (clothes horse/airing rack/portable heater). We had a fantastic time and it became our home from home and Lucinda was happy to help with any requests/messages. We hope that we can stay here the next time that we visit the UK.

Veronica is truly an exceptional host. She is incredibly kind and helpful. The studio was extremely practical and comfortable. It was quiet and conveniently located, and Veronica did everything she could to make you feel at ease. Thank you so much for everything, Veronica!

Liz's stable conversion was a delight to stay in. Though snug, our family of 4 comfortable fitted for nearly a week in the space, and Liz equipped us with everything we could need plus a smorgasbord or toys, books and games that kept our 3 year old happy the whole week, as well as everything we could need for our infant. She was an incredibly thoughtful host. We would love to stay again!
