On the 3rd floor, without elevator access, with a final staircase that's a little steep, but once you arrive you will be won over! The apartment is a bit vintage, like at grandma's, it is independent of our accommodation, it is composed of a large bedroom, a bathroom, toilet and kitchen (sink, coffee maker + Senseo, small fridge, microwave, gas stove, washing machine). It is close to Lake Roucarié with its beach. My place is good for couples with or without kids, and solo travelers. We will simply welcome you as we like to be welcomed: with ease!

First human presence (we!) 200m away: you will be alone in the middle of the woods. The 300 m walk includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).

You have a convenience store a 3-minute walk from the house as well as a bakery and a butcher shop. Located 5 minutes from the Albi-Rodez expressway.
