Lovely flat and great host !

Laura's accommodation is very nice with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighborhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centers of interest to prepare for our stay which was wonderful!!...

I can't imagine a better location. The Mediterranean is out the window and across the street. The town is right behind you, easy walk to restaurants and groceries. This place is over the top modern, like something out of a magazine, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Access to the building and apartment were through an app, but once you got used to that it was quite simple. Parking would be a challenge in season. Our stay was breif, but left us wishing it were longer.

Very nice apartment and very clean. Very close to the beach and the pool in a very quiet development. The owner's instructions are very clear.

The best is undoubtedly the location and if we add the height of the apartment (7th floor) it is transformed into exclusive. Although it may seem contradictory, it is appreciated that the design and construction of the building is already a few years old, since the quality of the finishes and the rationality of the spaces were taken into account and in this apartment it is checked and enjoyed perfectly. No doubt, as with everything, constant maintenance is needed and more in a location on the sea front, in the apartment we have seen that this is and breathed that will. About the attention, the great treatment, the absolute predisposition and the fulfillment of the commitments, to say, a bombazo! Summing up, if we have a chance, we'll do it again.

The accommodation is fantastic, as for Virginia, she was always there for us.

The apartment is great, perfectly located, quiet area and 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Everything in the house was in perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. Communication with Maria Jose was excellent at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to have a great vacation. We loved it!

It was just what we were looking for, and everything is as shown in the photos. Noelia was attentive to everything we needed, she made our stay as easy as possible and we were able to take advantage of it even more than we thought. It's a very quiet area, you have a great terrace and it has a good amount of useful details that make your stay easier, you can see that a few things have been well thought out. In our case, the iron and umbrella did wonders. Special mention for mosquito nets, the first time someone has realized how important they are in these areas in summer :) In short, if you are looking for a nice place, close to everything, really quiet (at least at the end of May), comfortable in the really essentials and you are not fond of modern Hadid-style architecture or similar, you will not be disappointed. We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

I give a 10 for the attention received and the kindness on arrival, stay and departure by the host. The house is super clean, it smelled great, just like the photos and the description. The quiet area to spend a few days at the beach and sports. We would not hesitate to return.

Everything is perfect, the only thing is to keep in mind that one of the two bedrooms is downstairs, separated in a certain way from the house with what you have to consider if you are traveling with small children. The views from the house and the pool, spectacular.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

Home from home. Everything you need. Great apartment overlooking a gorgeous swimming pool in a lovely complex in the small village, Villaricos. Super location and feels like you are in Spanish local village life. Not a busy tourist location. Short walks to local beaches or short drives to nearby coves with great snorkelling and no crowds. Plenty of eateries nearby with delicious food. Convenient underground parking and responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend for apartment and location.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

The duplex was lovely, the pool was fab, the apartment really a home from home, Villaricos beach and the local area was a fabulous as ever. We will be back

From booking to checkout, Christelle has been a superb host. Careful, and flexible on entry and exit, which is greatly appreciated. I note that the development pool is very large , with very few users (last week of August), and was open from 10.00 to 23.00, and does not close at half a day. And although you have to drive to the beach, it takes 5 minutes and without parking problems.

Sebastian was a good host, he greeted us personally. The apartment wins by being in a community with a pool and parking. The area is quite remote, you have to take the car for everything although it has supermarkets and leisure places nearby.

Our second longer stay at this wonderful Apartment. Fantastic space, great location and perfect communication from both Birgitte, and Tracey- who met us at the property. We absolutely loved it and hope to be back again soon! Thank you!
