I can't imagine a better location. The Mediterranean is out the window and across the street. The town is right behind you, easy walk to restaurants and groceries. This place is over the top modern, like something out of a magazine, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Access to the building and apartment were through an app, but once you got used to that it was quite simple. Parking would be a challenge in season. Our stay was breif, but left us wishing it were longer.

Apartamento muy bonito y muy limpio. Muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en una urbanización muy tranquila. Las instrucciones del propietario muy claras.

Lo mejor sin duda la ubicación y si le sumamos la altura del apartamento (7ª planta) lo transforma en exclusivo. Aunque pueda parecer contradictorio, se agradece que el diseño y la construcción del edificio ya tenga unos años, ya que la calidad de los acabados y la racionalidad de los espacios se tenían en cuenta y en este apartamento se comprueba y se disfrutan perfectamente. Sin duda, como con todo, se necesita un mantenimiento constante y más en un emplazamiento a primera línea de mar, en el apartamento hemos visto que así es y respirado esa voluntad. Sobre la atención, el trato estupendo, la predisposición absoluta y del cumplimiento de los compromisos, que decir, ¡un bombazo! Resumiendo, si tenemos oportunidad, repetiremos.

El alojamiento es fantastico, en cuanto a Virginia en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros.

El apartamento está genial, perfectamente situado, zona tranquila y a 5 minutos de la playa andando. Todo en la vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy limpio y bien cuidado. La comunicación con Maria Jose fue excelente en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. ¡Nos encantó!

Ha sido justo lo que buscábamos, y todo tal cual aparece en las imágenes. Noelia estuvo atenta en todo lo necesario, nos facilitó al máximo la estancia y pudimos aprovecharla incluso más de lo que pensábamos. Es una zona muy tranquila, tienes una terraza estupenda y cuenta con una buena cantidad de detalles útiles que facilitan la estancia, se nota que unas cuantas cosas han sido bien pensadas. En nuestro caso la plancha y la sombrilla hicieron maravillas. Mención aparte para las mosquiteras, primera vez que alguien se ha dado cuenta de lo importantes que son en estas zonas en verano :) En definitiva, si buscas un sitio bonito, cerca de todo, realmente tranquilo (al menos a finales de mayo), cómodo en lo realmente esencial y no eres aficionado a la arquitectura moderna estilo Hadid o similares, no te defraudará. We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Lovely place in a lovely town. Wish we could have stayed longer!

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

Home from home. Everything you need. Great apartment overlooking a gorgeous swimming pool in a lovely complex in the small village, Villaricos. Super location and feels like you are in Spanish local village life. Not a busy tourist location. Short walks to local beaches or short drives to nearby coves with great snorkelling and no crowds. Plenty of eateries nearby with delicious food. Convenient underground parking and responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend for apartment and location.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Urbanización muy tranquila, la casa muy espaciosa y cómoda, bien situada, cerca de playas y calas. Hace falta coche para hacer las compras, es un pueblo pequeño que le falta comercio pero muy tranquilo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Desde la reserva hasta la salida, Christelle ha sido una anfitriona magnífica. Atenta, y flexible a la entrada y salida, lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco que la piscina de la Urbanización es muy grande , con muy pocos usuarios (ultima semana de agosto), y estaba abierta de 10.00 a 23.00, y no cierra a medio día. . Y aunque hay que ir en coche a la playa, se tarda 5 minutos y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

Sebastian ha sido un buen anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente. El apartamento gana al estar en una comunidad con piscina y parking. La zona está bastante apartada, hay que coger el coche para todo aunque tiene supermercados y locales de ocio cerca.
