Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

We loved our stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our beach days, like beach carts, chairs, coolers, towels & toys. The location was perfect too. Easy to get to the beach and to shopping areas. We enjoyed everything about this house. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I have been using vacation rentals for the last eight years, and Alli’s takes the cake. Most importantly to me, it was extremely clean. You can tell everything gets washed, you can see the cleaning lines on the couch. Additionally, it truly is so close to the beach, local restaurants and shops. We adventured throughout the area quite a bit and were so grateful for the location of our stay in relation to where the going-ons were. The outdoor shower post-beach was a game changer for our young kids. While the mosquitos can be major pests at times, the screened-in porch gives you the perfect protection while still enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather—and perfect for summer thunderstorms! All in all, we loved our stay!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

What a great location! We took multiple walks per day to the river since it was such a short walk. The park is beautiful and scenery is varied based on the tides and time of day. Same with local restaurants and stores, and the weekly farmers’ market—easy walks. The setup of the house was perfect for us and the backyard is private and idyllic, despite the house being so centrally located. We can’t recommend it enough.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and even a gas grill outside. The gated community is very peaceful with walking trails and lots of animals and birds to look at, we really enjoyed watching the wildlife from the big windows. We also loved the pool which is a short walk away. You're also right in the heart of all the action, Coligny is 5 minutes by car or you can walk/shuttle to the beach access. The place felt very spacious even with a large group. Silvana was great, she was very responsive and friendly. We had an issue shortly after check in and she had it fixed in no time. Truly went above and beyond. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Pamela was an incredible host & so responsive. This cute little place is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close by everything and walking distance from the beach. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and so many great restaurants close by. Pamela even provided us with beach essentials; chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again in the future!! Thanks Pamela for being such a great host!!

The place was very nice. Especially upstairs. Very bright and comfortable furniture! It was older than the pictures looked. Which is no big deal. I felt like the cleaners could have cleaned up a little better in bathrooms and bedrooms. ( however we booked the condo around 630pm so it was last minute) the master suite bed was extremely uncomfortable however.the guest room was comfortable. Air conditioning was older so it took awhile to cool down at night

We have stayed at 205 Beachwalk for many years. We love everything about the condo, the location, so close to the beach, and so many great things to do in the area. Jon & Donna are so helpful and friendly. Not to mention, the condo is pet friendly, which allows us to bring our little doggie along on the vacation. As long as the condo is available we hope to be returning for many years to come!

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was easy to book; easy to communicate with the hosts; easy to get in; and easy to check out. The house was beautiful and looked out over a beautiful view. The street was quiet and the location was perfect for our family with everything just a quick bike ride away.

We had a great stay at Suzanne’s place with our fur baby. Great location, close to the beach, close to the entrance of Sea Pines, but also very secluded and felt like you were sitting on the porch in a tropical forest! I frequently went back to all of Suzanne’s suggestions and I believe we did it all! We rented bikes and rode around sea pines (the bike rental even had a dog seat), rented chairs with an umbrella for the beach (the beach was also very dog friendly and not crowded), and explored many restaurants and bars throughout the area. One of my favorite things was seeing all the wildlife throughout this area. We saw many alligators in the sitting ponds, armadillos burrowing in the leaves outside the front door, a baby deer just born nesting right outside our window, and a painted turtle swimming down the creek right outside the back window. Also can’t forget all the squirrels that our dog loved watching! Thanks for a great stay! We will definitely be back again!

This was our fifth trip to Hilton Head and our first stay at this unit and it was fantastic. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Palmetto Dunes is in a great location on the island. The unit is very accessible to the bike path and beach access. It was very clean and well laid out for a family of five to relax for the week. The pool and hot tub were a hit and the dock was fun for fishing. Would absolutely recommend and will look to stay here again next year.

Elliott and Kylie’s space was perfect. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed which was so nice and convenient for our walks to the beach! We look forward to visiting Hilton Head again in the future and staying here again!

Loved the house! It’s definitely gotten some TLC over the year and things like the TV maybe die for an upgrade. That being said, the pool is amazing, the HOA is gorgeous, and the house is so spacious and tastefully appointed. Highly recommend you book for this value ❤️

Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Essentials provided along with beach towels and a beach wagon. We especially loved the cozy feel of the cottage.

This condo is perfectly located just inside the gate at Palmetto Dunes. It's a 3-minute walk to a beautiful beach. There is a sweet little cafe right on the sand that serves up margaritas and pub food. We rented bikes from an recreational outfitter that is right at the circle in Palmetto Dunes. Also, the pool is lovely. This central location is perfect because you have access to shopping and restaurants in Shelter Cove which is across 278 from Palmetto Dunes. The condo itself was a nice surprise because they've done some recent updates which are not reflected in the photos. The carpet is gone and the whole space has luxury vinyl flooring. Also the cheesey window valances are gone and the place overall has a nice vibe. I do suggest that the sectional in the living room be replaced. The cushions are flat and there is too much furniture in that room. I'd lose the lounger chairs and shift the sectional towards the balconies. But we absolutely recommend this home and hope to be back.

Our stay at Jeannette place was wonderful! The unit was very clean and well equipped; the location was perfect. We appreciate her thoughtful touches of great detail in making our stay worry free! Well stocked kitchen! And well stocked bathrooms! Even our fur baby wasn't forgot about. We all felt right at home. Thank You again for a great time! Lorie

Her place had everything we were looking for - great location - easy access to restaurants, stores and the beach, as well as a peaceful, beautiful setting. Also, a big plus on vacation … the beds are extremely comfortable!!

Alisons house is in the perfect location, we only saw two cars drive past the house the entire stay. You are a quick couple minute bike ride to Skillets for a great breakfast/lunch or to the Coligny Beach Piggly Wiggly for small town feel grocery shopping. Head three roads over to take a meandering bike ride down the prettiest road on the entire island, Dune Lane. The house is a brand new remodel that feels like a new build on the inside. It is very well thought out and the pictures really don't reflect how spacious it truly feels in the living room. Everything you need is present, the hat rack was so appreciated. If you rinse the sand off the sidewalks and patio it will help you during your stay to keep the sand out of the house! We made sure to do that for the guests following us. Such a wonderful and peaceful vacation. We have found our favorite part of the island, North Forest Beach can not be beat. We had what seemed like half a mile of beach to ourselves. Perfection.

My wife and I came here for our baby moon to celebrate our first child. As beach people AND also airbnb hosts, we are picky. Pictures do not do this place justice. Wildlife is everywhere from dolphins, cranes, and Deer. Sunsets that look like you see pictures of in magazines. This place is special, unique, and without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. On top of all of this, the hosts did ALL the little things right as far as amenities. Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds/pillows, heated fan in the master bathroom, and ceiling fans in every room. Do not hesitate and book this place! My wife and I already rebooked to come back later this year.

boat house, house boat, floats. this is a VERY unique Airbnb. 20min drive from savannah, sits on tybee Island. the host did an amazing job carefully walking us through the ins and outs of boat life. he provided a nice shower, comfy vibrating bed, really nice couch, full kitchen and big TV. we saw dolphins from our kitchen window! and otters on our way back to the boat BUT they didn't want to be our friends. Friday is the co host, she is a really cute friendly dog. you Will be thrilled to meet her and she seems to love to play, hangout and be around friendly people. a couple clicks from the boat is a very good seafood spot and market. The dock has real fishing/shrimping boats and the area smells like it. lots of cats running around too. overall it was a convenient location, laid back nice host and very nice atomsphere. whether it's one day or one year you will be happy you came!

Simply, a wonderful, relaxing place.
