At my apartments you don't just rent a place to sleep or eat, but you rent to live an experience, specifically the experience of being on the terrace with that panoramic sea view.

Easily accessible from both parking lots as well as the train station, just minutes from the beautiful marina and boat boarding point. Within walking distance of cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores, ensuring a relaxing stay.

The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

A classy accommodation renovated in mid-2022 with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beach and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all the comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. Happy Betti is located on the first floor in a courtyard in the historic center in the old port area. The central location allows you to reach bathing beaches and the vaporetto dock for Portovenere or Palmaria Island (available from July and throughout August) in a few steps. A few meters from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket and dinghy rental. The apartment is equipped with complete linens.
