Beachfront vacation rentals in Palma

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

Modernes, helles, großzügig geschnittenes Haus. Der eigene Pool ist ein echtes Highlight! Ein Sandstrand ist wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch ein paar versteckte Buchten mit türkisfarbenem Wasser können mit einem Spaziergang erreicht werden. Eine absolute Empfehlung sind auch die Drachenhöhlen in Porto Cristo (am besten vorher einen Timeslot buchen). Wermutstropfen ist die Müllabfuhr, die jeden (!) Tag gegen 1 Uhr nachts und 7 Uhr morgens die vor dem Haus befindlichen Container leert...

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

Stayed with my sister. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. We were delighted by the peacefulness and beauty of this apartment and the wonderful terrace and pool area. It had everything, and more, that we needed. We did go to the beach but it was lovely to eat and relax here. Thank you so much for the best stay we have had.

I recommended this place next time you visited Mallorca but wanted a more quiter and peaceful side. It’s definitely worth the money with two beaches nearby. There’s a lot of restaurants,shops nearby. it was so strategic. We loved it so much. José was very rendponsive and even recommended us so many places to eat and go. We appreciate that so much!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Die Küche super ausgestattet. Schattige Terrassen. Nachts total ruhig. Für die Kinder viel Strandspielzeug (Schaufeln, Kübel, Bälle, Frisbee, kleines Surfbrett, usw.) Gerne wieder:)

Excellent séjour, l’appartement est idéalement situé très près de la plage et à 5 min à pied des restaurants. Il est également très bien équipé avec notamment des matelas de grande qualité et une grande tv. La résidence est très calme, les voisins gentils, et la place de parking privée est un vrai avantage même si l’on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. La communication avec Maria était très facile ainsi que l’arrivée et le départ du logement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je recommande absolument !!

Hem estat un grup de 8 persones a la casa i ens hi hem trobat molt còmodes. Les vistes són fantàstiques en un entorn molt tranquil. L'Isabel súper atenta a totes les preguntes que han anat sorgint. Gràcies!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Carmen was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches – from fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge to the fully equipped kitchen and the nice small things like the cacti in the batbroom . The location is ideal: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. It’s rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. We felt completely at home from the first minute and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-standard stay. Das Apartment war wirklich schön, man kommt zur Tür herein und hat direkt einen tollen Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer und die Bucht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Möglichkeit ☀️

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

vivimos unos dias hermosos en este airbnb, sin dudas volveremos! las fotos del airbnb son hermosas pero estando ahi te das cuenta que es mucho mas lindo y la zona es un paraíso! hay todo para hacer, es muy fácil llegar y cuenta con todas las comodidades. La playa y las vistas son mágicas, no vemos la hora de volver! gracias Nicole por la ayuda, por contestar siempre y ayudarnos en todo. este airbnb es un 10/10!

The villa and property are beautiful, super clean and well appointed. The pool (with barriers) and trampoline were fantastic, especially for our kids. It’s fairly central and very close to the beach but the only thing we didn’t realise beforehand was the area is the German quarter, which would be great if you are German!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeberin hat super schnell geantwortet. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig, trotzdem gibt es nette Restaurants in der nähe. Dieses Airbnb kann ich sehr empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Le logement correspond totalement à la description. La vue est vraiment jolie. La nuit c’est très calme avec possibilité de laisser la climatisation pour dormir car elle est silencieuse. Nous avons pu rencontrer Carlos à son restaurant, très accueillant et très sympathique. Le logement est très bien équipé !
