Our host is very friendly and helpful. She fulfilled our desire for an espresso cafeteria and gave us helpful tips for activities and restaurants. She responded to messages very quickly. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the linens and towels smelled very good and fresh. We had a rental car and a parking space could be found nearby at any time. We'll happily come back anytime 💪😊

Fantastic, this was such a lovely stay, highly recommend. Claudia was lovely and extra pillows and blankets supplied as I get very cold due to my health issues. Absolutely great Hosts, everything was well thought out and the space was calm and welcoming.

Marzena & Matthias has a great apartment, amazing view of the sea, close to bars and restaurants but distant enough to get peace and quiet. The apartment was clean and had great amenities, the two bathrooms were a plus. They are great hosts, easy to communicate with and gave us both clear practical instructions as well as local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

Apartment in a good location near shops, restaurants and less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is lively, the port of Alcúdia is a beautiful seaside resort, the old town of Alcúdia is much more typical of the villages of Mallorca. We recommend this place without hesitation. We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Very well-equipped and very pleasant accommodation: spacious, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace and 1 rooftop. Beaches accessible about 10 min walk, very pretty coves surrounded by rocks. The place is peaceful, small village with little trade. The pool is quiet and very pleasant for swimming, very few people but it is less suitable for young children (2m deep everywhere). We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

The clifftop location provides wonderful views of Port de Soller and the sea. It is a 15 min walk uphill from the beach and promenade so I would recommend car hire. The house is finished to a high standard and is very clean and comfotable. Lovely walks from the property, Port de Soller is a charming seaside resort, with a large choice of restaurants and sandy beaches.

One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its fantastic location. It’s just 20 meters from a stunning sandy beach — perfect for sunbathing or enjoying water sports. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is also great for jogging, with scenic paths and little traffic — perfect for a morning run. There are two good restaurants nearby. While the prices aren’t the lowest, the quality of the food makes up for it — especially the fresh, local fish. The apartment itself is well-equipped and spacious, with three separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher, iron, and more. There’s even a swimming pool on the property. A wonderful place for a family vacation — we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in the accommodation for 3 weeks and were very satisfied. We found the apartment clean and there were plenty of towels available. The washing machine was worth its weight in gold for the long time. The kitchen also had everything you needed. We loved the place, there are great restaurants and the beach is fantastically beautiful and within a 5-minute walk. Not too crowded, which we personally always find nicer. :)

Very good location with beautiful sea views. Beautiful pool. Very spacious apartment, especially the bedrooms. A few small stains on the bedding in the double bedroom. Friendly and responsive host. We recommend it! ☀️

Horst's place is beautiful, clean, and very well-located. Super well-equipped, so great if you want to cook your own food. The balcony is spacious and sunny, and the garden is peaceful-- lots of cute cats roaming around which we loved. The unit is located upstairs, directly above the host's home, accessible via a private entrance at the top of a spiral staircase. You feel very much like you are staying in someone's home, it is cosy and well-looked after. We did not use the pool at all, mostly because you're 15 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches, and also because it is in the host's garden/in front of their house so felt a bit like we'd be imposing! Horst was very communicative and welcoming, and we had a great time. Thanks!

Fantastic location - a few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and restaurants but felt quiet and away from the main stretch. Huge balcony which we used a lot, plenty of space for us a family and appreciated the cot and high chair. kitchen was well stocked in terms of cricket, glasses etc Shared pool was good size and clean, and as only 7 flats in block we had it to ourselves quite a lot. it was hot during our stay in Mallorca and the AC worked well and the ceiling fan in the lounge was great. we really enjoyed our stay here.
